Looked at that S1 on Craigslist, looks like it comes with three wheels! I picked up my own S1 recently, gonna race Brad's S1 when I move back to the cities. Come on Brad, you could always use another! Hope all is well in MN, I'll be up there between Christmas and New Years, might even try to stop by the Dubliner if I have time. | ||

I think I've seen the guy that owns it riding around. I'll bet one of the 3 1125s coming to bergdales is headed for his garage. I think he works at the Post Office... Eric, you'd better stop by, although I don't work there as much. My new job has me working nights, three on, three off, etc. Julie says that you have get together with us, dinner maybe. We could put a chicken in the smoker for you. Nils, I'll be in to pick one of those airbox trim thingies, but I'll have to wait a month, or so. I'm saving up to buy a Jeep Cherokee. I need a winter vehicle, and the Cavalier isn't the best on snow and ice. Besides, the Cherokee can haul 5000#, enough for a good size bike trailer. If anyone out there would like couple of early 70's Honda CB450's, Julie wants to get rid of them so that we'll have room for a Blast(hopefully by next spring). Brad, you and Jan should come down for a visit. We haven't seen you in quite a while. Oh, and I still owe you beer(there, that should work). | ||

Well, I bit the bullet and ordered a Zumo 450. Ann and I are planning to ride the S3T, tandem, to NYC and Boston next summer. She is actually more confident about it then I am. My ass and credit cards hurt already... LOL... Merry Christmas! Nick | ||

Socoken - no pic yet?? How many others does Bergdale have? I just ordered a ventura Pack system to go with my new Zumo that is on its way... I found it on ebay for almost 1/2 off regular price. Its brand new, but it is old stock and comes with the Spada III 45L bag instead of the new 51L bag Ventura now ships with new units. Heck of a deal for under $200 shipped, imo. Hey, checking in briefly. Been super busy recently, officially single now and usually living in 3 states per week. Sorry Lou, I'll make it to the Dub someday if I can but at this pace it ain't gonna be soon. Nick, GPS looks great and route fun. When you going? Odds are I'll be in New Paltz, NY once or twice this summer for a wedding and some rock climbing. Roads out there should be awesome. I got the S1 out for an hour ride a few days ago here in Chicago, 40 degrees and sunny. It was great, love that bike! The track day sounds awesome, I can't register because I'm not sure if I'll be moved back to MN by September. Hopefully a new short track makes BIR a viable option for more track days in the future?! Nils, I may be around during the MC show. Now that I own 2 Buells do I get 2 free gifts? I can bring two keys! To all you's who got the new rocket, let us know how it rides (other than in the snow). Looks like a mean machine! I got a reservation for a room at Homecoming for the whole weekend, will change as needed if I can't make the whole time. Probably gonna trailer the S1 up there. Good to hear from you Eric, thanks! I've been thinking about getting a GPS since you showed me yours at HC last year. Ann and I will probably miss HC this year, since we're doing the big trip to NY. We're probably going around the last week of July - haven't nailed down the exact dates yet. But, who knows, as it gets closer I might decide to still go -- since it is the 25th... I'm jealous you got out to ride. Its zero here right now, with -15 windchill. I've not had the bike out for a couple of months... Hope things settle out for you. Sounds like you're busy!
