12" of Snow on the ground, salt/sand also....mid 30's this week....

It is New England, Weather changes hourly

Follow up post- I lived in San Diego for 11 years and would never leave Vermont to go back. We have fantastic roads and views, no traffic (except moose & deer), and the air smells like it should. I can get seven months out of riding season- After that we break out the skis, snowmobiles and schnapps! One of my final rides of the year is up to Killington to amuse the skiers.

You're in Washington?

It will be alot like there, just less moisture....

I miss back home...

As of right now, my enlistment is up, Nov 22 this year.. and, I am trying to find a CAREER up there....

That is really the only thing to slow me down, the navy will pay for me to move home..
