Hi, hope everyone had a great TG. I have been up in NC riding around on open boats in the Albermarle Sound freezing my butt off. Well, I still have a little left.

Anyway, when do you all leave for Lakeland and how long is a typical ride? I need to be in New Smyrna Beach by noon. Or I wont have any butt left. (I have not been with the family much lately.)

No chance of making noon Mark. The ride usually stops for breakfast and returns early to mid-afternoon, but you can break away from the group whenever you have to.

If you have to be in New Smyrna by noon, you might want to catch the ride another month.

Hey thanks for the advisory, Paul. I have to lead a party of three to St. Augustine on Tuesday, including my boss on her tricked out HD Nightster and a co-worker on a rented HD. They don't want to take highways. I have done the route 415 to Daytona then A1A to Crestent Beach, its a nice trip. However, GoogleMap.com is showing another route through DeBarry and Deland. does anyone know if that is a scenic route or one with a lot of stop and go?

Had a great ride to St. Augustine yesterday. Left at 6:45 am from downtown O'town - 408 to 417 to 46 to 415 to International speedway in daytona to the beach A1A to St. Augustine. A little chilly. Conducted a little business had a late business lunch, rode up to the St. A HD store. Came back 207 (hit 110 on some of the straights) to 17 in Palatka to 17/92 through deland, debarry, sanford and then back to town. Home around 6:45 pm. It was a very nice ride.

I am planning on being at Barnie's tonight.
