Charlie, Grey Ghost is another name for an old, wise buck which has survived more than 4 seasons. They look grey in the last few minutes of dusk (which is the only time you ever see them except at night) and seem to be able to appear and disappear at will. Also called Mossbacks because they spend the daylight hours in the darkest spots of the woods which is where you usually find moss. How was your trip? Did you do any sleigh riding whilst you were there  ? Tank, What you talkin' bout man? That there is a look of overwhelming joy on my face. Doesn't look anything like my normal expression  . Jackie, No,we were only there for three days and they didn't have any snow where we were. I did get to go to a "Robotics Tournament"(15 pd. class) while I was there.That was cool.Scrap metal flying everywhere.They can destroy a $500. robot quicker than I can an RC airplane on a windy day. There's another name for the "Ole Bucks", but I'm too old to remember right now.  it will come to me later.........Charlie | ||

I didn't catch the Clemson game due to a boxing match. I have little doubt that they will give Virgina a thorough thrashing if they play like they have been recently. Course' Virginia has been known to rise to the occassion and pull off an upset every now and then. Speaking of BC, they really fell apart here recently. Glad I didn't abandon VT and start cheering for them instead  . | ||

Nuts, If you check this before you leave can you put the Dremel out with the clips and ammo? I cut down the stock and need it to sand down the buttplate to fit. Have fun, shoot the biggest one and be safe! | ||

Nuts, If you head up tomorrow can you either drop a pair of foam ear plugs off at the house or leave them in the bed of your truck and I'll get them when we get there? They really came to life in the 2nd half and shut Virgina down in a big way. I gotta admit I was impressed. Tech's QB has really improved over the course of the season hasn't he? I was particularly impressed with his ability to make running cross field completions effectively. I think you and me need to ride on up to Tech so we can go over a stategic game plan with the boys . BC may have gotten sloppy but they surely cannot be taken for granted. | ||

YOU NEED AN XB9R! There is something about having a bike with soul that makes it seem almost alive. Its something you probably wouldn't understand considering the moped you have presently . Good luck with your negotiations but don't let a great deal slip away by trying to juke him down on the already low price . | ||

Tank, Why are you selling Tankenstein after all the love you put into it? At the very least make it your dedicated track bike and save the Lightning the wear and tear. You need to be making plans for a long weekend anyway so we can go dirt riding! Nuts, Got home and the wife says "wanna go to Walmart and get your watch"? Now normally I would have said no but you can bet I hopped right on in the car and went for a ride. I now know the moon phase, sunrise/sunset, best times for game movement for any day all the way to 2039 AND it even tells time . One of todays' times was 4:10pm (3 out of 4 paws) which coincides with the crazy squirrel movement we had this afternoon. Its da bombdiggity Holmes! | ||

It's for sale to a select few. I don't really plan to sell it, and I was betting Nuts wants something newer. I just had to lay "another" option on the table so our prediction of another bike around x-mas/early Jan might come true. There is still a great possibility. He's already had one in the scope, and lost it. That only grows the hunger. Don't ask how I know. | ||

Tank, Let me mull that one over. I am thinking Nuts and I can put aside hunting for a few days to accomodate those dates. Nuts, I'll be calling you at 12:00. Plan on being here at 1:00. Kali won't be going since she has to practice chimes for the church program. I would still like to spend the first 30 minutes getting her gun sighted in as accurately as possible. If we get a few Squacks we can put the entrails in the normal spot and sit for a spell to see if anything shows up. | ||
