Ok, after a bit of searching, I found some at a little shop inside Karcher Mall, they were about 15 and they match the bike color perfectly, they had many color options, then I went to walmart for some groceries and found the whole skate board for the same price, but fewer color options.

The best part in the video is right after the wreck you hear me say something like "well boys that's what a high side looks like.", that will be an instant classic. To top it all off I'll post up my x-ray pics when I get them, fun stuff.

I've been working on mine...I am using a 3/8inch threaded rod. At D&B supply, I found some perfect little lockable collars (3/8x7/8 diameter) to center the rod in my rear axle. I bought black skate board wheels from Gettsum in Meridian. Works like a charm but I am thinking about tapping a stainless button head screw into one side so that I have something to hold the rod still whilst turning the other side's nut. Right now I am lust letting some red locktite dry on the one side. The only thing I am having trouble finding are the front locking collars, they need to be 3/8 by 11/16 and I haven't located them anywhere yet. Guess I'll be looking at Ace Hardware next.

Mine are on, needed to get some plastic bushings at Home Depot as well. Newt & harold donated the good used black wheels! Hey Sam can you reserve 2 rooms with 2 queen beds at the hotel you stayed at? Then we can pay for them when we arrive. I am still hoping for the Ridgeline to haul us all down in one rig. Give me a call.

i got no problem crashing on the floor......there's worse places to sleep right?

Sliders are on....thanks mike. still got to do the bushing work but they will do 4 now.

Im curious about gasoline for the bikes....i might have access to some pretty kickass gas jugs.you know the kind that has a hose and a valve that you just flip over the can and turn the valve on when your ready..........race cans i guess.

if you start with a full tank in the morning you shouldnt need fuel...

as long as you demo a new bike at least one session...

i didnt demo a bike at all last time and only had to put in a splash

I filled mine up after my fuel light came on at 85 miles, I burned almost two full tanks. It's worth bringing some extra just in case.

Ok guys, we have the Honda Ridgeline and my Dad will come along & drive. He's an old desert racer from the 60s & is curious to see what all this pavement riding is all about. So with the 6x12 trailer and the truck bed we should have plenty of room for all the gear. Lets plan on loading the bikes on Monday the 3rd. Sam, can you get straps from mike?

Hey guys, how about a class on properly wrapping the head pipes, I have the worst time getting it right, and would love any input. After seeing Mike and Sam's perfectly wrapped pipes, I knew I had done it wrong.

Well, it looks like World Superbike is coming to Miller in June as part of the AMA race weekend. I'll be going down there for sure, so if you're interested check it out.

Now that sounds like a trip, my vacation will reset by that time and I would love to make that trip, I know it's almost a year away, but I would be interested in going. When you are ready to do your wrap let me know, I can be patient.

Good to see someone is still alive around here.

I'll give the straps to Sam tomorrow, so you'll be set.

I have a PT appointment at 8:00am on Wed, so after that I'm good to go. I have another on Fri at 3pm do you think we can make it back by then? If not I'll reschedule it.
