I think it also could depend on her size as to what she might fit on comfortably. What ever she gets, I would strongly suggest a used bike, naked bikes are better for dropping, less plastic to scratch : )

I rain danced home on my bike last night. It was pouring, but I passed at least a dozen bikes.

I carry my life preserver in the tank bag in July, August and September.

Now that I think about it, that would be hilarious for one of us to be wearing one of those bright orange life preservers while riding in a huge storm!

If you plan to meet us at Give Kids the World, it is behind Wal-Mart on 192 (about 9 miles from I4) and Bass Road. We should arrive at 9am.

Just turn at the light next to Walmart and follow Bass for about 1 mile, it is on the right. Tell the Greeter at the gate you are there for a special event. Once inside, take a slight left and pass the main office, then 2 other buildings and we should be parked on the right across from the Carousel.

Had a nice ride this morning and had a great time at Give Kids the World. We had a total of 6 bikes and they had us put our bikes on the main walkway in front of the Gingerbread house. I gave a mini-tour and we talked to a few of the kids, let them sit on a couple of the bikes, take pictures, etc. After the village, we rode to Davenport for breakfast and then back to Lakeland. It was a total of about 200 miles for me, nice ride, got a little warm by the end, but not bad.
