Hey guys, I just came across this link to a photo tour of Buell on motorcycle.com and thought you guys would dig it: http://www.motorcycle.com/mo/mcads/mcbuell/buell/t our/tour.html
It says the article was done by Dave Gess, but it doesn't give a date. Going by the pictures I'd guess '94 or '95. I thought I might see Brankin in one of those pictures, but if he's there I didn't recognize him. |

At least I'm getting to where I can tell something is wrong before things fall off.

i got my engine cases from tilley's today .They had a new guy in parts he rides a S2T!! He lives in hickory and had worked at blue ridge HD/ buell I told him about Bad web and C3. While we were talking another guy walked up and he has a 07 12R. He had a tuber and told him about bad web also, we had a good 3 way conversaion. A little later a guy was looking at a 04S and we told him all about buells and the sales man steped back and let us talk as he said we new a lot more than he knew.he said if the guy bought he would give us a shirt! the guy said he would be back tommrow. My pipe and muffler is also ready at HPC I'll pick it up tomrrow! post pics after i get it. S should be back on road very soon!!!!!!!! |

Glenn - just when we're getting more C3er's in the east, you pull in 3 more in one visit! Hopefully they'll show up on C3.
I think I posted this before, but C3 is now on the Buell Website for Buell groups in NC! Since Blake said we could use BadWeB as our webpage, I added us!
We've got to get the C3 BadWeB cards printed! (Oh JIM NANCE...........) |

Jim yes,I picked them up today.I can drive cheaper than shipping. car gets 32mpg on trip and 78 miles 1 way.Here are pics I think they turned out great.Faye was not in today.

Glenn - The pipe & muffler look great. I am going to have both the pipes on the bikes coated one day. I will probably go black like Jim. The M2 will probably done first since I have not decided what I am going to do with the Uly's muffler. After I get the bike together, I may change out the factory muffler for a Drummer. I have not made up my mind yet.
Well I have new tires on the M2. I put the Azaros on the bike and I like them so far. We are going to my father-in-law's place in the mountains this weekend for a family getaway. I am going to trailer the bike up and do some riding while I am there. Hope everyone has a fun & safe weekend.

Finally made it out to Honolulu to visit Pat's brother. Just got back from the USS Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbor. Yes, it IS still leaking oil after all these years. You all take care and have a great weekend. Later...Forgot to mention to Glenn, those pipes look awesome. Might have to take off my header pipe this winter and let them do their thing.

Like I told Jim, Laura and i could ride in together, and they gravitate twards the blast, I could be on fire and they woudl lok at her bike before putting me out. |

Kristi, I don't know if Glenn has, but I've stopped there several times. Don't ever spend the night there on the weekend if you can help it. It gets real loud and close to rowdy. Otherwise it's a great place for coffee, lunch, beer. I'll tell you more about Laurel Springs next time I see you. |

Go for it Mike. You only live once. Anybody want to ride up to the Parkway area maybe next weekend, or the following weekend? This coming weekend I'll be trying to get over jet-lag. It's really killing me being over here without the xb. Some gorgeous sweepers along the coastline. I've seen plenty of Harleys, choppers, squids, maybe one Buell tuber that sounded awesome. |

I know we can count off many reasons we like riding Buell motorcycles. Yesterday I found a new reason. It was late in the afternoon and most first-shifters have gone home. I am distributing reports for the next day when I walk into the breakroom to talk to one of the guys in the office. As we were talking I notice that someone had left their ball cap on a table. I focus on it to notice its a Buell hat. There are three of us at work that ride Buells. Webe had the day off so I knew it wasn't his, Jonah was the only other Buell owner in the plant and he works second shift. So sure enough I find him in the CMM room and he had been looking for the hat since Thursday. So I told him he was lucky he was not riding a Kawazaki because I would have never known whose hat it was. |

Damn, it's good to be home again. Could not sleep on the planes, so Pat and I have been up over 24 hours. I'm sure we won't have any trouble sleeping tonight. Sure was strange watching the sunset from the plane leaving O'ahu, then seeing it rise on the way in to Chicago only eight hours later. Been busy tidying up the house. At least the boys left it in one piece. It was one great trip! ...Kristi, I found the poster when I got home in perfect condition. Thanks for sending it on! |
