Sorry I missed you Frank. I actually didn't arrive until 7:40. Hung out until 8:15 and went over to Tijuana Flats.

Nice crowd there. I finally left at 9:45.

Lots of questions from bikers about my Buell. I was riding the only one up until the time I left.

Sorry about being so late with this info, but they are having "All Bike" drag races out at the track in Bithlo today. It's $15 for adults and kids under 12 are free.

I've had the flyer sitting on my desk at work for nearly two months. Leave it to me to mention it the day of event.

I'm heading out there with my family at 12:30 PM. I'll have my cell if anybody wants to join us.

I picked up my bike again, today, I was nice riding, but I have no confidence in the bike and feel paranoid when riding it. I seems louder, vibrates more and feels like it will fall apart any minute. It may be fine, but I just don't trust it will last another 1000 miles before breaking again.

They replaced the complete exhaust and all mounting hardware, checked all motor mounts, checked the intake and timing and couldn't find anything wrong. So once again all new parts and in a month or so it will probably come apart.

While I was at the shop, I looked at a new xb9 cityx, but right now I just don't trust Buell, so the chances I get another Buell are pretty low. My next bike will probably be a Kawa 650R or Triumph 675 (naked version coming this summer).

It was new, 2006 purchased from Ocala HD in Sept '05. It was fine until October '06 with about 7500 miles and has now broken about once a month or 800 miles 6 times.

Florida Lemon Laws exclude bikes, atv, anything not a car.

BTW, I just wanted to say that Semonile Buell has done a great job on the bike, they had constant contact with Buell Corporate trying to figure out what was wrong with the bike and did everything they could. The tech suggested next time they just ship the bike to Milwalkee so they can see it for themselves : )

Nancy's dog (Peanut) ended up have inoperable cancer and was put down. I'm glad I went with her instead of the ride. There is always next month.
