Bikes coming along nice got the swingarm on looks real good. Went and bought Renthal ultra low bars today. Hopefully i like them the stock bars are the only thing im taking off that im not going to sale just in case i don't like the new bars. And the other pc. is about 4"wide & 17.5"long. Will this work for you. Let me know and i'll get them sent out to you ASAP. Hows the vac. going hope your having a good time. The grand open of a Harley dealer with test rides on the Buells. Gotta see whats up with weather. Would like to do both but dont think thats possible. Show actually sound better. Visited with my brother the other day and went fishing. Caught a few and left for dinner at a really cool place. Good food nice people and HOT HOT HOT waitresses. Not that I notice those things. Got no wheels to get around so its been hard to visit any of the Buell dealers. I'm workin on a bitchin tan though. You can do that with a temp of 82 and 30 percent humidity. I was kinda amazed that there were very few sport bikes (95% harley, 97% cruiser/chopper type) given the mountains and curvey roads, maybe they were all ridding and not sitting. My wife told me the weather was wonderful in cbus and that I needed to get back home and enjoy it   Rum_runner Posted on Monday, March 19, 2007 - 11:20 am:        Ceejay, Yeah like a glove thanks for the diagrams I'll give them a A++++ they helped alot. Header & pipe is wraped & painted we decided to paint the pipe black also. I think im going to like the renthal ultra lows. Catch can is done i went with flat black also there to. All and all the bike is looking real good. But one thing is pissing me off. I bought a brand new battery last year and i think its junk already. Every time i try to start it it make a funky clicking noise from the starter but as soon as i hook jumpers on it fires right up.   Wile_ecoyote Posted on Monday, March 19, 2007 - 04:53 pm:        Rum, did you fill it then charge it? If its a maintenance free, you still got to charge it first. I always was told by the battery guy at work they get their first real charge when you do it at the shop. Check your connections too. Especially the ground on the bike side. Good luck and good job finding that aluminum stock. I hope you got the battery straightened out. I road my GSXR around the block today. Just had to feel the rush. Cold at 125 but hey what do expect? Having problems getting the carbon tank cover to mate up with the side panels that go on after you remove stock airbox. Going slow so I dont scratch 235 dollar part! Back to work at 5 am Then back out at 10pm for first night turn......FUN! Got bike all together and that shiny new header done by Jet Hot is pitting. I called and they will make it right. Just means more down time for the Buell. Hey, you still need that chin? I found another. My bike looks awesome BTW. Ran around my "block" today and had a good ride. Just bummed about header. Oh well, they'll fix it. I paid like $12 bucks for those two chunks i sent you. I think it was a pretty good price but then again i might of got ripped off. Because i deal with Stainless steel not aluminum. I started checking on prices to get the manta tank painted red for now to match the bike. I plan on having everything done in black next winter. So you see a chin in my future huh.
