Congratulations on the experience. My battery was dead so I guess I could not have made it anyway. Brake on your way in, and start opening the throttle as you begin the lean, then twist it wide open as you begin to stand up. Your overall speed will increase. | ||

Hi Jose; Mike took it easy on me and only opened it up during one section, I have no idea where we were but it looked alot like Colorodo. Unfortunately the 3rd Buell hit the dirt. He got back up but was stiff, I hope his recent neck surgery wasn't reinjured. All in the name of having too much fun. Mike says he leaves from the same location EVERY Sunday. We don't need to wait for an entire month. | ||

Tripper: Got the bike apart for a redoo. Should not be down long as its just gaskets. Got to finish before Karen gets back as she has forbidden me form putting the bike in the house since the floors got refinished. | ||

Tripper; I am ready for this weekend. Fixed the bike over the weekend. Leaks corrected till the the next episode. Let communicate for a plan. Failure was my fault as I did not torque down the head nuts properly after being fooled by the ridges on the metal gaskets. | ||
