NEW FLORIDA / SOUTH FLORIDA Forum board... We have a brand new board for Floridians, much of the group is based in South Florida, but there are sections for other regions of the state. Board is up and running, with LOTS of discussions... group rides just about every Sunday.. Group track days, at GREAT prices...last track day at Jennings cost $50.00 per rider We had FOUR Buellers on this last Sunday ride, along with about 30 other bikes...Took a nice ride on Snake Road ended up being about 320 miles of riding... come on in and have a look, strike up some bike talk and come out for a ride!!! got back from Daytona sunday around 1:30pm--rode the XB over 800 miles in 55 hours. lots of Buells this time around. demo rides of Buells @ HD were better than the ones @ Buell--much faster paced and more interesting course. Destination Daytona is expanding @ incredible pace--soon it will have more attractions than Main street | ||

TRAILER?? Are you kidding me? I was asked if I wanted to put my bike on the "company trailer" and have it hauled up there (the whole 4 hours) for me. I laughed at em and declined, said I would ride up, thanks. I was up there working 13 hour shifts 4 days straight and half a day on Sunday, so I didn't get out too much. I did make it out a couple of nights, just down Main Street and the such. Too many damn people, starting to get just like Bike Week (crowded). There and back, plus riding around for the 5 days I was there, I put around 900 miles on the Buell. I did see more Buells out and about than the previous years. Also more sportbike oriented customizing booths. Hot as hell up there all week too. So, you may have seen my cruising around the Daytona area, it is very possible. And you? | ||

rode my XB up from S.Dade along with 3 HD's on friday morning and rode between the digs at the beach to the track,main street,Destinstion Daytona,and everywhere in between and then back home sunday | ||

Saw a couple of Buells in the FT. Lauderdale Beach area today (Sunday) around 10 am or so. A black/amber 12S and also a red 12R, they were not riding together, but not very far apart either. Anyone from the board here? | ||

wasn't me up in Ft Laud that sunday--bike was waiting on a kickstand pivot bolt which broke on return trip from Daytona. was @ Fudd's last night-only Buell when I was there between 9 and 10. my syncs are pushing 7500 miles and deteriorating fast due to several burnouts recently | ||

NEW WEDNESDAY BIKE NIGHT!!! This one is for REAL bike enthusiasts...and WAY WAY better than hooter's in Pines... Wednesday, 6pm - 10pm at the Original Steak house... Location: 1804 Cordova road.. Take US1 to 17th Street Causeway, eastbound turn right on Cordova - the light JUST east of Embassy Suites... into plaza, first building on Left...can't miss it. We went to their first bike night this wednesday, smallish crowd for now, but a great mature crowd...and some AWESOME bikes, a few older models, antique Ducati's and Triumph's, Buells, various Sportbikes... it was a really nice meet, looks like the food is fabulous... We're getting a good group to go this coming wednesday... SO please come out and join if you are able to make it!!! also, please visit www.floridasportbikers.com We have our own Buell section, Group rides almost every sunday, excellent bike discussions as well as other various topics.. come have a look...we have several Buellers there!!! | ||

Well, I did not get a Buell. I got a KTM SUPERMOTO 950( I know it'a buell forum.I hope nobody is going to get mad at me).It's a great bike!! no one will mind that you got a damn good bike. I've been lusting one of those since they were made available in Europe--well that and the SuperDuke. what an amazing machine. can't wait to see it and ride along side one.--plan on the bike show next thursday @ Fuddruckers--if you want I'll ride to the beach and meet you and ride to the show together--call me wednesday to confirm | ||
