dynas cheese

Dyna, here is some cheese to go with all your whining. Poser this... that dealership sucks... blah blah blah You know if you were save your 2 cents rather then offer it on every topic you come across you could probably afford to buy the perfect bike (that never needs maintanance or gas) and ride it to the perfect event (attended by people who only think like you) held at the perfect dealership (that kisses your butt 25 hrs a day and refers to you as motrcycle god)...

Just calling it as i see it Koz. You ever deal with Milwaukee harley? I have.

BTW, you will notice that I have always given Hals high marks...they are one of the few decent dealers around.

BTW #2..I can afford any damn bike I want....I am not like some people who simply bought an M2 because they couldnt afford the Harley they really wanted so figured the Buell would be good enough to at least get them in the door.

Geez...Thanks Dyna. BTW#2, along with my love of sport bikes, is why I bought the X1 after moving here.

Dang, if I lived anywhere else, I never would have bought another Harley product. The short lived love/hate relationship I had with a 1980 WideGlide was even worse than what I experienced my British sports cars.

Then again, I have to admit that the X1 has been a real good experience and I really enjoy my fellow Buellers. Guess you could say this adds credence to the "Never say Never" story.

Oh well, at least I don't have to worry about being a poser. All I get is harassed, especially about the skid lid. Ain't life in Milwaukee grand? LOL

Happy Mother's Day my friend!

MikeJ...That would be Hogsback Road heading West.

Fortunately, the trees and the low elevation of the house on the left just beyond the rise are the keys to letting you know it is time to back off.

However, in the other direction, we are talking some fun whoops. Ah, that be with the exception of the drop off on the south side of the road. LOL

All in all, it is a perfect road for a Buell. The unique torque allows you to run it sanely and then apply the power to get just the right effect when you want it. Hence, my love for the X1.

Try doing that with a high RMP, low Torque Mosquito Machine. Things tend to get and stay hectic really quick with that handicap.

Dyna...Speaking of Mother's Day, I think you are long overdue on a Bambino Report!

Also, Happy Mother's Day to CJ and Char!

Although with Char, the word "Mother" takes on a whole new connotation.

So I got out and did a few miles this weekend. the weather was great Friday afternoon.

So did I, and yeah the weather WAS great on Friday afternoon, got out to ride a few miles after work with a friend, also took what little time I had to ride some on Saturday, just cause I like to ride !! We did stop by Milwaukee Harley (but yeah I was there first so I'm no stalker :)), and I always gotta say hi to another fellow Bueller !!

We did get caught in some of the rain, but as soon as we got close to home, it stopped and sun came out, so we rode a little further to Applebee's to eat, so yeah I rode to eat this weekend !! LOL

Ahh, so you guys are the type that spend the weekend riding from one poser emporium to the next.

You may know Koz Dyna, but you don't know me and you sure don't know what type of person I am !! And you don't know what I spend my weekend doing or where my ride destinations are other than my posts. I don't recall posting that I ride from one poser emporium to another ??

BTW again...notice I didnt say you or CJ were posers...I said you rode to a poser emporium.

Actually you said from one to the next and that we spend the weekend doing it !! What would that make me ?? Duh, a poser !!! NOT !!

I like to ride, and ride every opportunity I get, and I like riding with others, but sometimes the opportunity isn't there for the type of ride you think good enough so you get in miles where you can !! And yeah I enjoy stopping where there are other bikers to visit and mingle, so what ?? I'm not negative and don't believe every single person at an event or dealer is a loser or something !! I don't think everything about any dealer sucks, or every single person in any chapter is a prick either !! To each his own !!

And Hal's may be decent to you now, but for how long before you become negative about them too !?

I agree with Koz's comments, and I think you've become very negative and have something negative to say about most everything (at least on this site), and that's a shame !!

I avoid posting to you anymore when I can for that reason, and expect a nasty comment or two in return, but you chose to comment negatively about my weekend activities so I wanted to return the favor !!

Never considered ya anything but.

Some times people need to let go of the thinned skin attitudes & let things go with a grain of salt. Call a Harley emporium a poser palace or say "buells suck" & they act as if you had just spit in their face or raped one of their family members. Guys & gals....its just a goddamn bike not a religion

Bill,
If you're going to wear Toreador Jeans on Sunday then I may just have to bring a slingshot. ;)

Dyna,
Can you imagine pulling into an airport passenger dropoff area with those license plates on your car?

I've actually gotten email from a governement agency concerning my nom du plume used on this and other boards . . . . I could do without the attention, thanks . . . .. .

and to think the name came from an innocent 4th of July Hijinx soon after I returned to the sates . . . . not at all sinister

MikeJ...Just teasing about the spandex. Then again, an old pair of football pants with pads might be cool. LOL

Dyna...Just be your normal lovable self. Duh

CJ...Would enjoy meeting your Evil Twin Sister. You are just way too conservative. Must be an Accounting Thing, eh?

Bomber...Sorry to learn you are the subject of a Homeland Security Investigation. I suppose that means all of us are on the list too. You know, Guilt by Association.

Gosh, it is so nice to see everyone in this little family getting along again.
