"I went through the thread to try and put together a roster." Put Mike Powell (Buellish) on the roster. It's pretty much a given he is going to be there, anyway. Any new MB'ers that want to see the coolest roads and hidden twisties out there need to hook up with him for one of his guided rides. Sometimes the scenery is so cool, you'll want to slow down so you won't miss it. For anyone that can stay Sunday night... join us for the invasion of Dahlonega. We blindly went into town (only a few minutes from Suches) and found some cool places that were open. The locals were friendly, the girls were pretty, and the steaks weren't bad. Thank God I didn't have to drive back (thank you Smoke, actually). | ||

I think we should make patches this year!!! Sounds like another good idea. Who had the hats made last year? Maybe they can make us up some patches. I'll see if I can come up with a design. Also, I noticed I just posted as Mrs.G...  | ||

I believe Duc_htr had the hats made. Patches would be sweet! I like nametags too. Maybe we can do something Sat. night with all the badwebbers round a bonfire for an official meet and greet. Last year I missed meeting so many folks just cuz I did not know who they were! IS IT MARCH YET?!?!?! | ||

Crusty, The nearest town with a motel is Dahlonega, GA. The ride is about 15min to TWO of some great twisty road. HWY 60 is one of my favorites. | ||

I had an idea last night. I'm sure I can pull it off without too much trouble. I'm thinking of doing a BadWeB tent. Nothing much, just a place to have name tags and such. The patches, t-shirts, or whatever would be available there. I'll see what I can pull together and let y'all know. Crusty, what New12r said. There are not hotels real near by, most people camp, or rent a cabin. | ||

I also have the VDSTS Software to do the TPS resets I will bring along just in case, may as well do a A/F reset while your in there. YUP!! 15 minutes (tops) is all it takes, I will be bringing my laptop just to keep in touch with the badweb crews.  I will also bring the "No-Mar Bar" for those who will need a quick tire change.  |
