I would be up for takin the UP route back, but I am takin the ludington ferry over. I am not lookin forward to ridin through chicago again. I would rather spend the extra couple dollars and have a relxing ride there and not be dead tired once we got there. Of course this is going off the intent to stay in appleton. If we decide to stay somewhere else then another route will be in order.

no lookin at it how it is posted it would be the bottom right, but most of the pics are turned so it looks like the image should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise...

Spidey didnt you say it was only a couple more dollars taking the ferry verse riding through chicago? I thought that was what you said, but I could be wrong. Come June, I may decide to just ride there with the rest of the group. Lets see where we all decide to stay at over there then decide which route we are gonna take. I would hate to plan on taking the ferry from ludington and not end up staying in appleton. I like the logos you guys are comin up with but are we gonna get shirts made with the logo, or patches? Sorry I missed the talk about it at the meeting.

no it was $50 more to take the ferry vs cost of gas or somthing like that.

Yeah we will need it if we ride all the way again. If it costs that much more then I am going to probably have to ride all the way since my sons first birthday is on June 10th and I need all the money I can get for that.

one time I missed the ferry, I left my house at 7 and got to Green Bay about 1.

I could care less either way, but I believe the Ferry would be the better route! We should call ahead and see if we can get a group rate? I know it will not be $50 but hey $10 would be nice. Another thing about riding all the way around, the more chance there is for someone's bike breaking down.

I think we need to complety re-think the logo. If any one from AMA see's that as our logo, or trips across our web site we could be in a lot of trouble.

If that were true then the NBA and MLB would be pretty pissed at the AMA.

There are also 30 to 40 other different designs using the same format.

The only way we could get in trouble with the AMA, is if we used their exact logo and put our groups name on it in place of AMA's...

AS far as the ferry goes, any one can ride it I am the one who is riding, I am not trying to persuade anyone, just letting them know my plans.

I think the group rate starts at 20...

Yep, Hardcorps I think Spidy is correct. The Blue and Red logo is used in a ton of other sports, I'm not thinking it would be an issue. They have it for soccer and hockey the same too.

I hope your friends funeral went without any unneeded disturbances. Sorry for the loss.

Even if there aren't any legal issues, it still looks like we stole the AMA logo, and anybody that sees it is going to think the same thing. I think we should at least change the colors, even if they aren't the colors I'm using.

Ok One, I like the Black and Red (It will match my future bike), two I will prolly ride w/ Tony to Homecoming, just cause I enjoy the 6-8 hour ride...

Three looks like I may not make it to the IMS cause of a x-mas/Birthday present for my wife is a weekend getaway and the only weekend availible is that weekend.. so take lots of photos
