Hey Nils, I was up at Brainard this weekend and Bret Donahue was there with his RR. Pretty sweet bike. They were still breaking it in so took it a little easy but it looks to be quite quick! |

I am still looking for help for the Queensryche ride on September 9th. I need about 10 people for road captains. The ride leaves at 2pm from St Paul HD and takes a nice 50 mile to the Myth Night Club. I am expecting 200 + people. Nils |

Anyone out on the west burbs intrested in going for a little ride on sunday? Looks like it should be pretty nice out. I was thinking pre or post vikings game. But if people like watching the vikings we could meet up and watch the game. Just a thought Justin |

I'm thinking about going on a group ride Sunday with the Minnesota Sport Bike Riders. They have a big group ride planned, around 150 bikes. I went with them in August and had a good time. I had the only Buell out of 72 bikes but it was a great group of guys and the guy organizing the ride asked if I could round up some more Buells for this one. They are starting early about 9am so if any one is interested let me know or check out their web site, http://www.mnsportbikeriders.com/ under "group rides". |

It was good to get out for a quick ride on the close good roads in WI and meet some more of the local Buell riders. As it gets colder I'll be using my heated gloves but liked the idea of the core heated grips. I think I found them online? http://www.pollyheaters.com/ph400.htm |

Well, its getting colder, but we still have some time for a few more rides. Any interest for a ride next weekend, 21 or 22? |

Coldwthrrider, yeah, that looks like the same kit I have on my grips. They work great, but there is one thing I forgot to mention about them. They tend to melt the adhesive that holds the left grip on. Anyone used a different kind of glue that withstands heat better? Epoxy maybe? |

Wow, congratulations Nils. For those of us who don't know what that heck that means can you fill us in? Nevermind, I guess I know what the Pegasus awards are. http://www.pegasusawards.com/ http://www.ovff.org/pegasus/index.html |

Karl, sounds like the glue melting problem is a common one. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/327 77/233037.html If you figure anything out let me know, I want to keep my traction grips! |

Until they tell me otherwise we still do have a BRAG club or Buell owners club. I am still planning on doing a Daytona 200 lunch and rides for next year. |

Nils, is the baby out yet? Everyone healthy? I know I don't actually make it to events too often but it would be great if you could keep the BRAG thing going. |

Ditto about the munchkin and mom. Dave, sorry it took me so long to find the info on the tire store where I got my Diablo Stradas. American Motorcycle Tire 7702 E. Gray Road #101 Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 Phone: 800-949-1794 http://www.americanmototire.com I have over ten thousand miles on mine, and they still have good 1/4" tread left. When these finally wear out, I think I'll be getting the same tires. |

Hey, thanks. I put the bike away and took the rear off about 3 weeks ago so it wasn't a problem. I finely sucked it up and bought a car so I can get around this winter. I would much rather be riding though! |

[No Problem. I have a pair of Tour Master Polar Tex gloves that I ordered from the same website. They also worked great and kept my hands warm. No, I'm not going to make the TCB show, but I'm planning on running into you guys this season for sure.] WTF?! - I didn't post this yesterday - I posted it months ago...
