Hey Kim! Hope you and Glenn make it on the 20th - the Kern River Brewery sounds like a good place to rest our weary selves. 
Dino, before you offer up Char, do you have ANY clue how much stuff two storage units hold? AND it all has to fit in a 26' truck. YIKES!

you guys either need to get lives, or get better friends!
we'll appreciate any physical help, but simply getting a chance to hang with y'all AFTER we wrap up on Saturday would be very cool, and please don't anyone feel obligated to come early.
we land in Cali Thursday afternoon. we'll spend that night in Hanford, then head toward San Bernardino on Friday for my daughter's college graduation.
Sat morning we pick up the moving van in Bako, then up the hill for The Fun Stuff!

It was fun while it lasted, TOTALED it last tuesday night! I'm still way out of it right now so please excuse any rambeling. Basicly a guy flipped a U in front of me while I was on my way to dinner last tues. I was knocked out for a bit and dont remember much about it, spent the night in the Hospital. This all happened in Fresno but I got the bike back wed. morning, loaded it in my truck and she's in Bako now. I might try fixing it or using some of the goodies on my S1. Boy I sure will miss it, that is until I get the NEW ONE, hahahaahahaa............OWWWWWWWWWWWWWCH, dont make me laugh damn it! |

I heard about it but didn't want to say anything until you did. Sad, sorry to hear it. If the frame and basic engine is ok these things are not that bad to repair. I thought it happened here as people here in town are so nuts about illegal U turns and not looking! It's happened to me here a couple of times. Get well soon. |

Did you trade the Lighting for the Firebolt or do you still have it?
Let me know if you decide not to fix up the 'Bolt and part it out.

Get rid of the S1? NEVER, the bolt is up in the air right now pending GEICO. I want to buy it back as of now and maybe turn it into a quad, what do you think? |

Well I was up and ridin today, knee still hurtin and it was pretty tuff to bend it but once bent and on the peg she was fine. Now the bike I was ridin is not street legal, it is a full on racer/track bike but I was w/ a few friends so as not to stick out that bad. It sure felt good to ride a bit, heres a few pics of my ride and a of my buddies.

Got another Buell today, its a 98 S3. Its pretty clean but ran like crap, hell it barely ran @ all but seems ok now. |

Well as most of us know I still have my S1W, with my time off from work due my accident in march I've been playing with it, THE BIKE PERVERTS. Heres a list of what I've done since march, mallenium 1250 kit, port and polish the heads and do a valve job, polished PM wheels, polished M2 swing arm and pivot block, went back to single headlight, added a lockheart oil cooler and a low rise handle bar. I replaced the battery, both throttle cables, clutch cable, front and back brake pads and I'm looking into a different set up for mirrors. I will try to post pics asap after a good cleaning and once over before the test ride. I think the bike looks completely different now, I wonder if it will get best S1 again @ our next meet AL LIGHTEN FROM American Sport Bike, huh well, when is it?

Ok guys heres the pics, there takin right before I set up the tail lights so thats whats hanging down on the rear. The 1st pic is in the beginning, about a week after I got it. The 2nd set of pics is as of today, pretty big difference huh?

Traffic alert for those coming to Willow Springs - check for the road closure of the 5 freeway in the Newhall pass.
Last night there was a HUGE collision in the overpass/tunnel and 24 hours later, it's still burning. The 5 is supposed to be closed AT LEAST through Tuesday and they're already reporting SIGNIFICANT damage to the concrete structure of the tunnel and thus the 5 where Northbound traffic crosses the tunnel.
You should check - but the San Diegans ought to plan on coming up the 15, Glendalians up and over the ACH route. Gonna be terrible traffic for a week or more.
For those of you who might come up Tuesday PM, we're going to all have a group dinner in Rosamond at Zuma's Italian Restaurant starting at 7. You can get there earlier, the bar is open.
It's just 6 miles from the track. Nice people, good food. We often eat there on race weekends.

It looks like I may be coming out to visit next June. The family is going to fly out due to tight vacation schedules but I may trailer the bike and go for some rides.
I'm guessing that we'll start in LA and head up to SF area. I'll check in as the date gets closer about a route up along the coast and back down through the parks.
I've been looking forward to a trip like this for a long time. |

You are correct in that Denise is NOT Denisea. As best I know of Denise does not get on Badweb.
I havn't seen Denise in a while but I'll try to get in touch with some other Hooligans who know her better and let them know you are looking for her.
