Thanks for trying anyway. I found Eich on Michigan Ave West of Beck. The ride went well, only a minor glitch leaving the pub. |

Tib, I have those tires and rims at my house! Any time this week after 6pm if you want to get them. I just order R pegs from a guy on Badweb, for half the price the dealer wants. I also will have the crossroad bars and new levers as soon as I sell my tires and rims. Hard Corps |

Eich. I sure hope not. Maybe just growing pains. Might have to come up with how we want to ride as a group. Like staggered or side by side etc. I still enjoyed the ride and the weather. The food was good also. |

Hey I just got a Gray t-shirt from Dave S, and wanted a black one. Just wanted to offer the Gray one to any one from Michigan the shirt before I send it back! $30 dollars even http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/4062/232073.html?1160071619 Hard Corps |

Do we have a black cloud hanging over this little group or what?? It sometimes seems like that, between the crapy weather for the meetings and Hardcorps trying to battle a falling tree, Spidy's throttle sticking, our little spill this weekend and the fact a truck tried to kill us. But to be honest, it's nothing compared to the groups I've road with the last 5 years. We have a huge sport bike night on Friday's here in Flint, and boy have I seen some shiatt over those years. I've personally witnessed at LEAST 40 motorcycle wrecks during that time. 5 people we ride with have died in that time (thank goodness I wasn't there for any of them). This year alone I've seen 8 wrecks. We have 17 year old kids showing up with Busa's and people wearing flip-flops and a tank top weaving in and out of traffic at 160mph. The real strange thing is, that out of the 40 wrecks, only about 3 to 4 of them were do to stunting activities. Most have been done to hard corners and/or just super high speeds with no time to react. Riding with this group is the most relaxed I've ever been while riding. Unfortunately motorcycles are extremely dangerous. Any of our three mishaps in the group, if in a car, would have nothing more than scraped bumpers or a damaged hood. Wear good gear, be defensive and have fun is about all ya can do. |

I can't agree more about our riding style. I would like to think that a little guardian angel was looking out for xb12rdude and me this weekend. After all we both could have been hood ornaments on an expensive porsch. Oh well life goes on parts can be replaced. Hard Corps |

Hardcorps - what size is that shirt? And long or short sleeve? (seems like a dumb question this time of year, but I never assume someone isn't one o' those tougher-than-shivering-me Yoopers...) |

Sorry Long sleeve Medium! If I have to ship it to K Zoo it will probably be $5 more dollars, and at that point it would probably be easier for you to order from Dave S. But hey if you want it, its yours for $30 Hard Corps |

Next Friday and Saturday I am going to spend the night at my sisters in Pontiac. I have to build a fence for her, anyways Friday night I would be up to tipping vast quantities at the Irish pub on 59 just east of Telegraph, I think it is called Murphys? I just got back from the UP, there was no snow from Escanaba to the bridge, then on the other side in Mackinaw there was 8" on the ground all the way to Grayling. Looks like the end for a while. |

Thanks Hardcorps, but I need an L at least. Hoped there'd be no need to ship it - I figured on introducing myself at the next meeting. Regarding the bicycle: maybe the kid's dad *is* an engineer. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen that axle location used to reduce trail and wheelbase. It is unusual, tho. |

New to the forums I assume???? We joke a lot on here, so I wouldn't take much serious. If you look at my profile you'll see I'm an engineer and It was a "jab" at myself.} |

XB12rdude: Serious? Me? Nah. Just thinking out loud with my typing fingers... 'cause all BS about trail & wheelbase aside, there's no way I could justify mounting the fork in that position! The 'Bolt model is sweet! Did you do it yourself? |

Regarding the Spiderman bike, the dad was nice enough to send me the formula he used when putting the bike together. CPA + tools = messed up bike |
