I thought about stretching this Sat's Res. Ride to Shankstown, 9/11 Memorial - Flight 93, site. The www.americas911ride.org ride is there today, Thursday, and will be in Washington DC on Friday and NYC on Sat. Any thoughts? Supposed to be an unforgetable experience. | ||

Ras & Randy, glad to hear you 2 made it back home safe and sound. I had a great time today, just wished the roads were a little drier, so the curves could be better appreciated (especially the first set). Just give a hollar when you want to bring some Frederick Boys with you. Not sure when the leaves will be turning colors, but natures beauty shouldn't be missed, especially when reflecting off of the glass smooth reservoirs. WOW! Even with the wet roads the ride was great. Yeah, folks missed out, we definitely have to make another trip to the reservoirs. Riding on the turnpike on the way back home was fun too. I'll bring K's bike next time and leave the tank bag home. Dan, thanks for your hospitality, skills in the shop, and the ride. I had a great time. It was a long day. I must mention the ride to the reservoirs from Chambersburg was a blast, even though we got plenty wet. Beautiful scenery all the way up to Altoona. Thanks Randy for leading the way up and back. Those country roads rocked (I still need a good deal of practice on my right turns). What about that guy on the Jetta near your house? That had to have been that fastest Jetta I've ever seen. Thanks for riding with Ras. That was a ton of fun. A little tiring on the way back though. The guy in the Jetta and I have a history. He's a big a%%hole The party was ok, got yelled at a lot for showing up 3 hours late. Dan, the heat shield works great, thanks. There is a Corvette and Bike show at M&S HD in C-burg on September 2nd. I'm entering my bike, if nothing else so more people can see what Buell's look like around here. Thanks again Dan and Ras for the ride this weekend. Looking forward to riding again soon. | ||

Hey I need your eyes, Please help me find my daughter. She's been missing since Saturday. Her piece of shit MF boy friend picked her up in the middle of the night Friday and we haven't heard from either since. The guy's cell phone has been off and his mailbox is full which concerns us. His probation officer related he left a message stating he had to leave the area, I think they may have left the state. He's on probation for aggravated assault. We have done all the typical stuff you have to do, file a missing persons report etc. and the police have his information but is not actively looking for her (she's 17 her bf 20). They were last seen driving a beat up maroon (with grey primer hood)1989 Chevy Beretta MD lic plate: 5AW N87. She's fair, 5'6", 130lbs dirty blond hair and striking blue eyes, perfect straight teeth (she recently had her braces taken off). He: fair approx. 5'6", 150-165lbs (wet), short brown hair, mustache, and scruff, brown eyes usually seen wearing a wife beater with pants/or shorts. They may be as close as Laurel MD, VA, WV or PA, but I really have no idea how far they may have gone. He may be armed and he's got a short, bad temper. Ras, Will watch out in Ocean City. I'm situated on a major intersection and can see anyone who happens past at least once during their stay here. Alot of young couples tend to head out this way. SteveH | ||
