Ask and you shall receive. I am here baby! I just moved to Tulsa from Kansas City. I went down Memorial Drive last Saturday night and met all the import guys at the Shell station. We need to get the Buells together for a ride. I am in Broken Arrow. What about you? |

Good news for the Oklahoma Buell riders. I just went into Route 66 HD/Buell here in Tulsa today. The guy I talked to there was very enthusiastic about Buells and was looking for someone to head up a BRAG club. I told him I was his man and he invited me back on Monday to talk with him and the General Manager to work out the details. Tulsa WILL become a Buell stronghold if we can all just come together with a little organization. What's everyones thoughts? |

Thanks Sam! I had a good mentor! I met with the General Manager and he approved the formation of the club. All that is left is paperwork and getting ahold of all the prospective members. Other than that, Jody (the guy who sells Buells at the Dealership) and I have total control of what we want to do with the club. I think it will be a hit if we just get everybody rounded up. Attention Oklahoma Buell riders: We have set the date for our first Buell Riders meeting at Route 66 Buell in Tulsa, OK. If this thing takes off, we will become a full fledged BRAG club. If you ride a Buell, or are interested, PLEASE come to the dealership on Tuesday, August 15th at 6:45. We will talk about bikes (including the NEW 2007's that have arrived), the future of the club and upcoming events. At this point we have full support from the dealership and the adjacent HOG club. If you have any questions please let me know. We need to bring the Buell riders of Oklahoma together with this organization. Drake |

Drake , This is the info . We could ride Hwy. 90 to Washburn, Mo., then ride thru Eureka Springs . If there is enough time left , cruise the Pig Trail [Ark. 23]. 300-400 mile ride, lost of curves and great scenery or it could be shortened. Edgar. |

The New Mexico Ride that Roy found looks very interesting... http://www.santafebrag.com/ Wouldn't it be cool to leave Tulsa on a Thursday after work, ride till dark, get up the next morning and roll into Santa Fe by lunchtime on Friday? |

Looks like you all had fun! Nice turn out, glad to see things finally getting rolling. If anyone is interested, we have a XXL Buell Mechanic shirt on our clearance rack at Forman H-D for $15.00. It has the flaming Pegasus logo on the back. Also, we got in two more Buells. One is a yellow '06 Firebolt and a a new '07 Black Firebolt w/ red wheels. Haven't got them prepped yet. Also Saturday Sept. 9th is the Forman re-Grand opening, we are having events all day long if anyone wants to ride over! And if anyone needs any Buell parts, give me a call! |

Chase, We did have a good time. There were a lot of Buell riders that "came out of the woodwork". I didn't know we had this many in Tulsa! I have seen that mechanic shirt...very cool. Its too big for me, though. Thanks for the update from the Western Front. By the way, I saw Buddy last night at Sonic. He says he really wants to get you up here for a ride. Oh, and he REALLY wants that new Firebolt with the Cherry Bomb wheels... |

Edgar and I went on the ride to Spavinaw and Eureka Springs today (with the Tulsa Sportbike Riders). It was a good 400+ miles and we hit some great roads with cool weather in the morning. The afternoon was kinda hot, though! Ride was posted above. Drake |

Guys, Lets do our first group ride this Saturday. How about we meet at the dealership at 8:00 am and head out by 8:30 am. The destination can be anywhere. The HOG club is having a ride that morning too, so lets show up and show off our Buells! (But we will go for a ride by ourselves.) This might be a good time to formally introduce ourselves as a club to the dealership and all the associated people. Who's in? |
