Sorry Dana. Been very busy, working and getting ready for next weekends race. Plus my Mom and her Husband were here for a week and we were up north for a few days. Lindsey Mae Bower was born at 12:34 this morning. 7# 13 ounces, 19.5" long. And has RED HAIR!  Mom and Little Bit are doing fine, was in labor less than 4 hrs. Everything went very well. She is just Beautiful! CONGRATS JAY & HEATHER | ||

Good news Heather and Jason. Makes the news that we got a little while ago that Karri's Grandfather passed away a little less painful. Needless to say, racing this weekend is up in the air until we know all the details. Karri, Jon and I were really looking forward to it next weekend as well. We've had such a busy summer with relatives visiting and stuff, last weekend we went to the UP of Michigan to spread my Grandmothers ashes. VERY busy at work..... We were looking forward to a break. And now this. Don't mean to bring the thread down so again, congratulations to the Bower's and Jason......NOW the fun begins. | ||

Well, no racing for us this weekend. The Funeral is on Saturday in Iron River Michigan. Well, hopefully in September. That is the 4th Family member we have lost since March. This truly sucks ass. | ||

camp jeep was about 1000 or so jeeps. small turnout (relatively) for their event. colorado and virginia camps have up closer to 2000 jeeps. still it was a good time, and i got to see some old friends from my "jeepin' days" and a free blues brothers concert D | ||

You Suck Tom!!  I wish I could be there with all of you, but I sure hope nothing happens in September so I can make those races and Gingerman in Oct. It really blows. Of course more because of Karri's Grandpa, but like I said, we all were looking forward to this weekend so much. Got the trailer all set up to our liking. Bike is all ready. Karri was making out a list of food and stuff to bring when the call came from her father. No news until about 6:00ish last night that the Funeral was Saturday. Of course I was outside getting some stuff ready. Oh well, what are ya going to do? I just pray that this is it for some time to come. I can't handle another Funeral. Thanks for the kind words. Jason, I know you're there. Are Mom and Baby home yet? If so, did ya get any sleep? Don't plan on a full night for a while. Heather is experienced. You're a newbie!! SQUID!!!!!!!!! I don't care though. It's all worth it. We'll stop by after a while and things settle down. | ||

Hi Everybody! Thank you all for your well wishes and congrats. They are very much appreciated. Needless to say, I'm tired and a little sore, but all in all, we're happy and healthy. I'll try to have to Jason post a couple pics soon. He is a very proud papa We missed Jason's race number (812) by only 34 minutes...I didn't start pushing until after midnight so it didn't really matter anyway but..Oh well! Ok, like Heather said, everyone's happy and healthy so that's all we could ask for. Heather did great (no swearing at me and telling me I suck etc.) and everything went very smooth.
