OK, First BRAG meeting tomorrow at Docs at 2 pm. It was looking like a Saturday pick up for the M2L in Rhinelander. Now I think there is a claus in my insurance that says it is only good for storage January through March. It started snowing again last night. It was raining yesterday and I figured with my new riding suit and the weather being in the 40s and 50s I would ride down to the shop (85 miles). With the weather and the insurance restriction (I think, I have to call on it today) and the possibility of my eyes getting dilated again... AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGH I will be driving the car. At least I am not driving a MIATA to the first meeting... taking news of the 20th to the meeting and should shop around for recruits on the Great Lakes Adventure trip. CJ is about to commit to coming with us so I won't be stuck with all the boys by myself. YES ! CJ TO THE RESCUE ! YOU GO GIRL !!!!!!!!!!! Charlotte  | ||

LOL I said I'm free on Saturday, Sunday and Maybe part of the next week, but pretty much have plans for the 100th and have to gear up for that, Woo Hoo !!  But I would like to ride a ways over the weekend, up north for a day or so, up to Char's place and then back south for me !! Being a southern girl, don't want to go so far north I fall off the edge of the earth !!  So after that Newfie, your on your own with her, no protection from me !!  What ya afraid of??? We had our first BRAG meeting and it went excellent. We had ten people show up and volunteers for all four officers. Someone else who races with Hal's volunteered for Director. His wife volunteered for Treasurer. Yay ! Thanks so much to Jeff and Lynn. I volunteered for Assistand Director and Kersten for Secretary. I think we will have a fine group. Our next meeting is April 13th at noon at DOCs. Any of you BRAG types are welcome to come and help us out ! Bomber ? Nevco ? Of course we will laugh at you if you show up in a car (unless there is ice on the road). We will complete our paperwork and elect officers at this next meeting. We also need to come up with a name (besides Wolf River BRAG) so I will need the title of this thread changed after we figure it out. Yay ! I even stopped someone on an X1 on my way home and invited him to our next meeting. Lots of fun. Sounds great Char...Glad to hear you are up and running. Will try and twist Bomber's and few few other's arms to make the run up. I still have to see Doc's Zoo and I understand Bomber's Carb Cleaning Biz is getting a little behind (pun intended) this spring. LOL | ||

CJ...Your On! I bet with your coordination we can have a Great Northern Migration or at least one helluva great weekend between the Chi-Town, Kenosha and Milwaukee groups. Would love to have Char conduct the tour. Should be a lot more interesting and better Buell roads than for any of us to sweat the Map Magic. Not to mention, I am confident she knows the best in Back Woods Restaurants to get the real local flavor. Wow...Party time in the Northwoods...Kewl!!! | ||

Newfie... Not a bad idea. That will give us a day or so of rest before the 100th Rumble. However, I would like to see a Northern Run (AKA: The Res Run) earlier in the year as well. It is just too beautiful up there to visit just once. | ||

Newfie...Sounds like something to consider. My primary thought was to visit and ride with Char and her friends at Wolf River Brag. |
