Hey Leah, you guys kick a$$ !! I can't make it tonight, going to see Firehouse, plus I still need a new clutch before I ride anymore !! Thanks mackay, I didn't mean to say clutch, I meant clutch cable. Richie and Keith adjusted the clutch and lubed the cable, but Keith showed me where it's untwisted and kind of frayed at the end right by the clutch, for sure needs a new one !! Mentioned something about wearing because I didn't keep it lubed up, not cool !!  | ||

Well I was out at GLD for some straight line racing action last night, I entered in the RGN and once I lost in that I made a few fun runs. I was on my Ninja and left the S3 safely at home. I got to meet Fiery_xb and make one run down the track with her before she called it a night. It was fun and maybe I can meet up with more of you or get reacquainted. | ||

(Wes in disguise) Good to see you out there as well Shane! (and Fiery and the expanding Bower family as well!). I'll do a little bragging for Jason in that he cut a perfect light out there...drag racing's equivalent of a 300 game in bowling. I wanted to spend more time with the Buell contingency, but it was a pretty crazy night trying to keep the RGN thing going smoothly (thanks a million Leah!) and running back and forth between the two bikes. Just one bike next time so hopefully more of a chance to mingle! WFO | ||

Just back from BHF, GREAT weekend, LOTS of trophies. We had a couple of our riders go down....they'll be on the mend for a few weeks...bummer. Had the big Buell pits, will post pics later. | ||

Hey Dora, sorry to hear about the mishap. Hope you and Julian heal up soon! And nice job to all of the rest of the regular contingent. Wish I could have been out there, but I've just got so much travel going on that if it wasn't going to be just an absolutely outstanding weekend weather-wise, I figured I'd spend some time at home. On the drag racing front, if Wes is going to brag for me, I'm going to brag for him. He actually was in the finals of both the shootout and of the RGN series races, winning the RGN race. Pretty damn good for jumping back and forth from a Buell to a supermotard. Now if we can just get Leah healed up, we'll have to see how the battle for the X1 plays out... | ||

Hello All (Leah this time!) D & Julian, wishing you a speedy recovery so get well quick. I just got the stitches removed today and hopefully the darn pin pulled out of my finger by the end of the month so I'm right there with you trying to hurry up & heal so I can get back in the game too! It was really awesome seeing all of you out there at the dragstrip last Thurs and I really had a good time just helping Wes organize it. He really did have his hands full concentrating on the racing part so it was just as much fun for me to just take care of the details and concentrate on healing (good times, although I would have preferred to spend a heck of a lot more time catching up with what's new with all of you and joining in on the drag racing fun!) Everyone looked awesome at the dragstrip and there's still a nice season to look forward to so I can't wait to see you guys at the next one and actually have more time to chat! | ||

is this thursday drag strip time? or is it next thurs? i'd like to come watch next time! i'm doing ok. hopped up on paid meds. headed back to doc tomorrow for round 3 of chest x-rays to check on that lung. she'll make a call on if i'm back to work after the ckup and x-rays. thanks for the good wishes everyone. D p.s. talked to julian today - he's recovering as well, on pain meds and getting better. | ||

Racing update from Heartland Park- Fat Boys Racing-1st place on a XB9R-ridden by Paul James/Greg Avello in the Team Challenge on Friday. Paul and Greg doing well so far in other races, pics in a couple days. M2Guy- did very well and a 1st place other good finishes too Sunday is Thunderbike race with both on the second row. | ||
