Hey buellers, Great day at the track. Nice to see more new faces . Hey pete post some RR pics when you get a chance , please. Ramon ,since your wimping out on homecoming, Erik and I are getting plans together for the Jefferson hill climbs on this coming sunday. If you have never seen in , its cool. Methanol H/D twins going up steep a## hills, wide open. The event is at white rose motorcycle club just over the MD. PA. line. Start around 1:00 pm. We can plan a group ride ,if area buellers are interested. | ||

Ray, A Sunday ride to the hill climb sounds cool. This Saturday is our monthly Brag meeting which will follow a morning ride. The shirts came in Tuesday and will be handed out to those on the first meeting attendee list. Hey Ray.. I should be able to start posting in the next day or so.. I had a LOT of images to sort and it's taken quite a lot.. Then, there is the 'crushing' to make them fit on the BadWeb.. I'm not really going to go in any order until I get to the Thunderbike race, I'll probably start with some 'non-Buell' images and then work into them. There are some really nice ones and IF I can get them to fit.. well, I think you'll like what you see.. (I hope) | ||

Hey Ramon, I live 25 mins from the hillclimb event.So I can loop out and and have a couple of pickup points for a group ride. I'm going to meet erik at mcdonalds in Timonium MD. at 10:00am . To pick up some north and northeast riders. If you want to set a earlier meet point for south riders thats fine .Figure around 8:30am from Frederick or mt. airy area. Local buellers please post a yes or no and your preference of the pickup points. So to get a feel for the group size. Ramon you can pick the south point and I guess you can talk about it at the brag meeting tomorrow. The 10:00am spot is the Mc d's next to the maryland state fairgrounds on York rd. just south of the hunt valley area. ALL ARE WELCOME. P.S.Ramon post your point soon so people can plan . | ||

hey all, its christian, giving u guys an update on how my leg is doing, well it feels a hell of a lot better, i had to go back to the hospital this week because of SEVERE pains from my knee, they did an MRI and found out i •••••• up pretty bad 2 legiments, so i have to go back and get surgery in 6-8 weeks, after that 2-4 weeks of some more physical therapy, i should be good after that, so basically ,like mid august at the earliest more like sept. before i even think about gettin on my bike, which is in great shape by the way, just the plastic panels, the frame protectors saved the frame, EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THOSE!!!!! they are cheap there like 40 bucks, go out and get them tommorow if you dont have a set. so yea, but in less than a month im gonna be at least driving my car to go to the races and catch up with you guys. ride safe everyone, have fun. -christian | ||

I'm trying to get an idea of how many people would be interested in riding down to Deals Gap in July. Monday/Tuesday 10th-11th or 17th& 18th. There is a group of Buellers currently planning this ride and I thought I'd ask to see if any of you would be interested in making it. I cannot make it on the 10th but can on the 17th. Randy, Buell of Baltimore is having the demo truck at their dealership on June 17 and 18. 'Rasmonis' of Frederick, and other Buell riders said they were going to try to make it at least one day. This would be an excellent opportunity to meet other Buell fanatics! | ||

Hey erik , you finally made it to the board .To all, Just got back from my 1000 miles ride around wv. scoping out some new roads for a four day ride on june 23. if anybody wants to go ,let me know tues this week. We will be staying in Marlington wv. I have five rooms reserved and taken at old clark inn. If anybody goes with us , you can gets rooms at the Marlington motor lodge, its just up the street. If interested ,I will post meet time and lodge number . Rooms are around $60.00 a night for two. Be warned this trip has some harleys going ,but they ride a fast pace. also to give a idea of the riding . The ride down is 330 miles,day two 220, day 3 150? rest ,day 4 330 home different from day1. | ||

Ray, I finally completed the covered bridges ride with Cindy on Saturday. We hit one pretty bad road on a wrong turn. I need to find better detailed maps. It was fun. We took our time not being familiar with the area and found 4 out of six. The second bridge sits on a private property so we couldn't ride up to it, I think the last one also sits on a private property off Musseter rd. I'll post pics later. | ||

Hey All, been lurking on "your" thread for awhile, as we don't have a BRAG chapter anywhere near central PA. I saw the thread about riding to Balti this sat for the Demo Days. Any idea what time the ride would leave Frederick? We're looking at around 2 - 2 1/2 hours before we would get to Fred. If the departure time was 10 - 11ish, we could probably make it. Ras, Any idea what route you will be taking to get to G-burg? We will be coming south on 522 from Mt. Union, and getting on Rt 30 somewhere around Ft. Littleton/Ft. Loudon area. Then run Rt 30 into G-burg. Rt 30 is a nice curvy road. |
