Charlotte, The 8th Annual Steel Shoe Fund 3 hr ice endurance race will be held Sunday, January 19, 2003 at Gimmer's Sunset Marina on Lake Koshkonong in Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin. Unfortuneately, the weather hasn't been real great.....yet. Need a good week of <20deg for a safe event. They could make the call to have the event as late as the 17th.....will post anything I hear. I give you credit for actually volunteering to spectate! Still trying to bribe Stacey into going (could cost me dearly). I would encourage the use of your favorite antifreeze. I'm pretty excited, as I've heard rumors of some big names showing up (Chris Carr). Should be a riot! Regards, Wes | ||
