Ok then, race gas it is in both bikes (one carb, one EFI). Now I just have to get the final ride in to go get it...

Uwgriz you won't need your bike to go get it because they won't let you pump it directly in your bike bring gas cans 5 gallon ones. bads1

Dana, I don't pay for the race gas. The "magic" carb makes my bike plenty fast by itself (wink, wink).

***SHAMELESS "FOR SALE" SPAM***

I'm selling my Buell Vanson XRTJ jacket. The sleeves just aren't long enough for my monkey arms.

Size XL. Like new (two years old, but RARELY worn). Not worn to bars, so no smokey smell. Competition Weight, Leather body, Suede sleeves with knit cuffs, Knit waistband for a comfortable casual fit.

Was pretty expensive new (like $500), but will sell much cheaper. I'll take best offer (or Ebay it). Let me know if anyone would like me to bring it to the meeting. What a great X-mas gift - hint, hint.

Now back to regular posting...

Now that just seems unsporting. I know there's a Mobil station in Keno along the I that will let you pump directly into the bike, but that's leaded stuff. Ah well, I want that final ride anyway.

Alright, I’m asking for some advice . . .. . car-type

While Ford and I arm-wrestle over why they won’t honor my blown engine under warranty (99 Mustang GT), I need to get it operating . . ..

Anyone have a good shop they can recommend? I think the quickest/easiest route is a new shortblock with my existing intake/exhaust/electrics installed, but I have no idea where to find a shop that’s worth the effort and dollars?

thanks

Do you keep your mustang covered at night?
Mine seems to like that:)
Can't help you there, every shop I've been to screws me over:(
Town ford in Racine has done some warranty stuff for me and I don't have any complaints.
No major repairs though.
Anyone riding tonight?
I know Kelli won't ride, but if she's on the back of mine she'll stay warmmer????

I've tried to explain that logic to Heather and it gets me nowhere. 50 is her cut off and that's pushing it. But, since it's just me going to the meeting, I'm thinking about riding. But who knows, by then maybe logic will set in.
