Hey Bill... We'll be out riding sometime in the not too distant future.. However, this weekend, I'm at VIR, attending the races.. Jose is here.. and I'll be posting pics, those that I can crush down to fit here.. Some of these shots are 3meg or more with heavy color and light saturation. Well, I'm torn. Thursday is best if you want a crack at the demo rides, should be less crowded. Friday is when the Battletrax starts, but I think I have other things in the plans for that day so I might not be able to go Friday. Saturday definetly not. | ||

hey steve, i got if fixed thanks. i took it to crossroad cycles in falls church and the guy did a hillacoil. 65 bucks is denetly cheaper then if i had to get a new cover. lol how is your bike, let me know if you want to go riding sometime. ttyl by the way i went ot bke week and it was nice to see a few buells. | ||

Fbolt, Paul, Sebastian, and myself are leaving for Lavale tomorrow morning. We will be meeting at the Bob Evans in Springfield at 6am, so if you are going and want to ride up with us, look for the bikes and come get some breakfast before we head out. | ||

Did the Coleman Powersport Fall Foilage ride. Ran into Jose and Linda and a few DCSB riders. We took off with the first group of riders sport bikes (fast group). During the rt211 uphill portion i decided to hang back at the end of the line with one of the coleman sweepers. Going up 211 was fun. I started to creep up on the riders in front of me but decided not to pass for several reasons, they looked uneasy/unsure hitting the bends and it's not safe. But it was really neat knowing that my little xb9r could keep up and pass...  Jose, Linda and I did manage to get some fun miles apart from the group, it was nice to hit the back rodes. We took a short cut broke off from the group at one point and beat them to the Graves Mountain event. Not that it was a race or anything. All in all a great day. It's been a while since I've had that much fun on a cruise.  | ||

Hey all, just a note to say I am back. Been out due to personal crap. Spent plenty of time riding though. In fact a few new wrinkles popped up, like a broken kick stand,( put it out, set the bike over, and it kept on going!) and a piece of the primary cover braking and preventing the clutch from operating. 13700 miles, warranty covered, but concerning. Hope to get some more riding in before it gets too cold, anyone got anything going in the Frederick area? | ||

Hmmm.. Riding season.. That would be while the sun was out right? Jose, I'll explain.. In the summer time, the sun is out longer, so we're riding more time in each day. As it gets on through fall, and winter into early spring.. the sun stay out less time, so we can ride less time.. hence, the less popular riding season, since it's not as long before it's dark and we're supposed to be sleeping again. Got it? hehehehehe.. | ||

Nice pics, looks like it was a nice day for the ride, also looks a little Buell "lite".... need some more american muscle out there, ofcourse I say that as I am heading out to ride with a couple of honda riders..... |
