Thoughts for Sundays Stroll: Depart Uke’s I-94 store @ 8:00 am (gas tanks FULL) Meander over to RT12 somehow (50, 11, other) Take 12 up to Madtown Stop for a quick bite somewhere along the way (Mickey D’s, etc) Refuel on the west side of Madison before taking County S west to Pine Bluff. Be in Pine Bluff about 10:00am Park, rest, look around, and plan a route to Leland. (The trip from Pine Bluff to Leland, according to the “Ayatollah”, is a fun ride with nice scenery and great curves) Once in Leland we’ll stay as long as we like, go home whenever it seems right. Stopping in Sauk City for gas and food on the way home. Weather should be beautiful. Chilly in the morning and evening of course. Bring your cameras.  I'm not married to this plan so if anyone whos coming along knows a better way, shout it out. See y'all on Sun. | ||

Lake, nothing definate as of now. Attempting to work out a plan with Roger right now & I see he just asked Joe & the Ukes boyz what they plan on doing. Probably gonna have the wife unit with me so no wheelies on the Dyna for me | ||

REMINDER: 2 days til the UBRAG BBQ. We're looking forward to seeing ya'll. If you're planning on coming, give us an idea of what dish you're bringing (so we don't have too much repitition). The Buell mountain bike will be available for rides all day. Musicians will be encouraged to perform (guitars and P.A. will be provided). There will also be a free seminar on the proper techniques for head shaving at 4:15. Please, please, please...someone BETTER bring a pot of cocktail wieners!! | ||

Don: My main bicycle chronicle man!. . . Here's the deal. I like Buells alot. But, over the year's I've developed a fiendish affinity for FOOD consumed in the company of Buell enthusiasts! From the opening of Bubba Gumps in Monterey, CA to the group of xxxx Test Riders I drug out to Calexico for genuine Mexican Food (I stedafastly deny the 10 Jack in the Box Super Tacos and 6 Pack of Bud rumors to this day) food has always been the lure and if'n I could make your shindig I would but I'd LOVE to take a raincheck. I know the restaurants (Taste of Wisconsin - 7515 125th Ave - Kenosha, WI 53142 - (262) 857-9110) (ask Mike about his arrest on the way to a Buell gathering) that are owned by Buell enthusiasts in the area and I've yet to have a bad meal in your neck of the woods. Plus, I'd love to meet a couple you you NUTS! | ||
