Guys, just another friendly reminder that the MDA Poker Run is this Saturday June the 8th. Registration is only $10 and begins at 9 am with last bike out at 11 am. There are going to be a TON of really cool door prizes. The location is Prince William Fire Station 15 at 3510 James Madison Hwy in, obviously, Prince William County. Well, we'll start at the Target on Rt. 1 in Alexandria. Then G.W. parkway north to the beltway/American Legion bridge. Then 270 north to Frederick Then 15 north to 30 east exit in Gettysburg 30 east to the dealer. Want to try to meet in Frederick? | ||

Well, we did it. Linda and I signed up for a FREE INTRODUCTORY Track day at Summit Point, WV with NESBA on Saturday, October 19. Here is the way NESBA explains the details:
The only glitch in the plan is that the track they will use on that weekend, the SHENANDOAH circuit, has not been finished yet. Hopefully we'll be let loose on the track first!!!! How many of you DC -Mid atlantic guys are going to VIR Aug 9-11? I am from the River City BRAG Evansville IN. My friend on his S-3 and his wife on her Yamaha and myself on my old trusty S-2 are going. We will be meeting up with a friend of ours that will be rideing from Fredricksburg Virginia on his R-1. We are all hopeing to see Nickey win the Superbike Championship. Nickey and the Haden clan are from Owensboro KY. Which is only 30 miles from Eville. So he is our local superstar of course! My friend we will be meeting from Virginia is an old friend of Earl Haden. They raced flat track together in the 70s. Hope to see some other Buellers at the track! Mark | ||

Linda and I will be there Johnnie will be there he lives in Danville so it's his "home" Track. Don't know who else yet. We can try to meet at the track somewhere, like at the observation deck on top of the main building where the food concession is. Se ya there! | ||

Mark, Will call I have sprint too so we'll see, I'll be wearing Buell Shirts both days so that might make it easier to spot each other. Steve See you there, should be a great race, We'll probably get there a little late (7-8) depending on the ferry and all that. | ||

We saw Nicky clean house at the Springfield short track....a few weeks ago ........awlsome! My friend and his wife were at the Springfield TT when the Haden clan came in 1-2-3!
