Man! I go away for a week or two and people start posting here. Fred, there was a BRAG meeting yesterday. I, however, missed it... long story. Joe, Welcome to the gang! Can you drag Dennis' skinny little behind out of Green Bay so he actually rides with our club this year??? Ha ha ha ha. Several things are on the plate for us this year. Three Primary Officers (myself and Jeff and Lynn) are going to the training in the end of April. We are looking at setting up a track day in early summer. Jeff has details and we will post them here soon as a decision is made. Doc's Legal Country Drags are near the end of July. Around the start of August we will have our BRAG picnic/ party/ Wolf River float trip (I need to get my butt in gear on this one). September we will be co-operating with Bay Area Humane Society again for their fall fundraiser (which was fun last year we had a nice turn out and got some news coverage of our BRAG group). Hey Dave, I just read that you moved to Wisc. Congradulations on the move. What happened to you taking this Arizona Boy Pheasant hunting this year. That was your way in on selling me a new XB 12!HeheHehe Too bad Wisc. doensn't have a lot of Pheasants. Maybe if I start Muskie fishin I can make it up there then. I would like to meet Eric, though. Hi all you Doc's Buellsters! I am in Madison. It is sunny. The M2 is running fine and I am unemployed !!! (also on vacation, well sort of... until the money runs out). I am going up to Sauk today since it is so nice out!  Dennis, Since many of our members work at the shop it is difficult at best to have a weekday or Saturday meeting... sorry! I will be at Slimey Crud this year if you make it. Also, One of jobs I am pursuing is near Green Bay so I will keep you all posted, you might not be rid of me yet! Charlotte | ||

We are going to miss Char at Doc's Rolling Thunder. We sure hope you can visit us often.  Some changes have occurred in our club recently. I have now taken Char's place as an officer and as such will be leading a group ride at our next meeting June 6. The trip is planned to cover about 110 miles with an interesting rest stop and several gas stations for refuelling.  We will now meet the FIRST SUNDAY every month at 1:30 at Doc's. ( sorry Lake)  If you want to see who we are you can look at the featured clubs in the May/June issue of FUELL.The pic was taken last year at the factory in East Troy. Stay tuned for information about our group ride there again this year.  Until my next entry or someone elses' at this sight ...keep on Buelling.  | ||

June 6th! You mean you're not going to the races at Road America? We will be leaving Appleton at 8:30 to go over to Elkhart if any of you want to ride along. Looking forward to doing some rides with your club but I'm not missing the races. Jeff !!! I am so glad to see you found the bad web (again?). I miss you guys too... I just got my M2 back about a week ago and it is running great. Kersten has my contact information, but I can e-mail it to you and Lynn also. I am hoping to make the LEGAL COUNTRY DRAGS around the end of July (I don't think I will be racing though as it will be a 4+ hour ride down from here). I also want to make K and S 's wedding the end of August... I think it will be over the long weekend? Anyhow, going pretty good, way too busy at work... looking forward to the weekend to get some local riding in here. Freddie, Glad to see you took over my position... that is cool... Greetings and apologies  to Dick and anyone who tried to make the Door County run on Sunday.Personally I waited at the BP station until 1;20 but maybe the start time was 1:30? Also I found out it was just to hectic for a few others to make and also our esteemed leader Jeff hurt his leg  ( actually thats an understatement so I let him explain.) I'm sure the trip planned was awesome. I actually continued on myself towards Fish Creek and had a fine day until the rain hit. I thought it was all to stay to the south so I was unprepared for two hours and 96 miles of cold rain. The Buell was flawless however and returned over 50mpg and stuck to the wet pavement as well as dry. Our next chapter meeting will be on the first Sunday in Aug.,the First.Stand by this site or wait for Jeff's newsletter for more updates. The Slimey Crud Run this Sunday Who's going for sure? Which way are you coming in from? Want to meet up with other heading in from the same direction? Our plan is the same. Leave Appleton at 8:30 sharp, ride to the Starbucks in Madison on the south side, Monona Dr exit(about a block north on Monona, on your right hand side) we plan to be there at 10:30. We will leave at 11:00 to ride out to Pine Bluff,eta is 11:30-12:00 Probably hang out in Pine Bluff for 1 hour and then head to Leland. I will be packing some Buell product CDs for those of you that don't already have one and to hand out to the unsuspecting! So, one last time, who's going? Who's meeting us in Madison? Dates for this coming summer are as follows, May 25th Blackhawk Farms June 23rd Autobahn, Joliet IL http://www.autobahncountryclub.net/ July 2-3rd Blackhawk (this is for you that whine about them always being during the week!) I talked to someone at the factory today and he informed me that there will be Buells racing at Road America on April 23rd and 24th! The 23rd looks like a CCS day The 24th will be Formula USA. I don't know if I will be able to make it(depends on Kandie's schedule) but wanted to let everyone know about it. Go cheer the Buells on! | ||
