I always carry some tools with me with a few extra screws and shifter linkage. I always have wished for more room. I did a small tune-up on the bike with a brake job. As I was playing with the susp. I notice a mod for the trunk. You cut the plastic by the the front of the trunk it has a clear open spot to add a plastic box and let it go under the bar of the sub frame until it hits shy of the batt. It will work! I've already started just need to work out things. I'll post pics soon. I also will post pics of the XB tool kit that won't let you down. I never did make a list of tools and what they fit. I'll try to post a list soon.

Whatever happened with this? I've got an XBR that could really use a little more room in the trunk. I can get in there myself, but if you've got a solid solution, i'm all ears.
