, Okay, I presently have three others, The 888, and now an X-1 and a blast that are planning to ride on May 1st. We'll be coming down 15 into Leesburg. Are you planning on riding through Leesburg ( Bus 7 ) or around? We're coming through Leesburg, making a left at Catoctin Circle. You could latch on to us at Loudon Powersports maybe? Don't know what time yet but probably sometime between 9 and 9:30. I'll let you know better later. | ||

Jose I can meet you guys off the washington parkway just about the bridge between rosslyn and Gtown, I'll be there around 8am, I figure it will take you guys about 15 min to get there from Ft Washington, talking about Ft washington, I don't know if you noticed but their site has eliminated a lot BUELL stuff from their previous web page. I take it they are going away from the BUElLs. | ||

Hey Greg, Bill.. Steve is it? Man, this is looking like a 'big deal' for the 'Buellish' around here..  heheheh.. Of course, it's just a 'gentle' hop isn't it? Greg, why don't we plan on meeting at the Roy's? Steve, do you know where the Roy Rogers at Plaza drive is in Leesburg? If not, we could try and hook up on 28 somewhere..  Jose, what say we all meet up at that Roy's? if anyone needs something,  hot beverage/food or a pit stop, it's available.. Then from there we head out.  You'll have to drop your route to me sometime maybe I can help with a road or three (just in case we need some.. uh.. lean time..) I'm pre-riding the route on Saturday the 30th, so I'll have a better Idea as to when we'll roll by Leesburg, should be around 9 am but I'll post saturday night with a better estimate. | ||

My wife wants to go, but won't know till Thursday if she will have to work that day or not. She rarely has a Sunday off, so I doubt it. Change that, yes she is. Also Johnjake, if you catch this, we plan on meeting at Sheetz in Thurmont by 730. I would like to leave no later than 745, don't want to have to rush down the road. The group I'm leading from Ft. Washington should be rolling in to the Roy Rogers between 9 and 9:30 am. I drove out there today, it rained in the morning but then it was just overcast they got all the Races in. Art Diaz on his XB kicked butt, won 3 of the 4 races he was in today, finished 2nd in the other race.  All three tracks were being used today. The New Shenandoah Track is being used by Ferrari of Washington, they had some cool cars there.  | ||

Had a great time, what with the nice ride up there, (  let's avoid the little old lady with the HC Tags next time we go into the twisties - Ok Jose?) A nice afternoon watching the bikes run, seeing the cars run, meeting Art, Patrick and Jeff. Then after that last stop on the way back the 'spirited' run back to 'civilization'.. at least for those of us heading back to VA. Hope the run home was good for you MD guys as well.  Hey, did you notice that Greg looks like he's ready to hop on Jeff's bike and hit the track? And yes, I think Patrick still had the 'classiest' leathers..  All in all, a great day.. Let's hope we get to do it again soon.. Maybe next time, we'll take the .. uh..  'Scenic' route up there... hehehehehe.. Later, | ||
