Afternoon gentleman. Seen some fellow buellers out and about yesterday down in Gardner at the Tumbleweed for a poker run. Not sure who they were, didn't get a chance to chat with them, but was good to see them out. I was down there participating. Butch Friend is a leadman on a line crew down at our Southland svc center at 199th and 69 Hwy in Stillwell and he is one of the high ups in the Gardner Lions club who was putting on the poker run, so some of the other journeyman and myself went on the ride. I only made it to 4 bars, but it was a good time. There was a yellow X1 lightning, an older orange and black tuber there and a white buell with some homemade lettering on the gastank. Unfortunately they didn't seek me out and I didn't do the same, catch up with you guys next time. | ||

Sweet, The two you saw in the poker run sounds like the Fruit brothers, they derive from the Misson area, pretty good guys, if you like BS alot. Good to see ya Saturday Zeus, where the heck have the rest of ya been---not on the roads. I have been riding just about every day since the first, doing the rain gear test, they work really well!!!!!! Well good to see you all still are around, see ya later! | ||

Paul We've been riding also, and working, and BS'ing. We did the rain gear test also, and I have to say it stays dry in the tank bag. Felt bad that Duff and Drake didn't have any rain gear. So we all got soaked. | ||

P At the moment the weeknights aren't good for me, and a few more riders. Family responsibilities trump Mon-Thurs. Though we have been trying to organize rides every Friday night. We just started this last Friday. You are more than welcome to hook up with us on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays. This Next Saturday some of us or whom ever wants to join Larry, Tim, JJ"Myself" on a ride to clinton lake and a bike show are more than welcome. I'm not really sure where we should meet up it seems that a majority of us live in or near Olathe so thats were we kinda met up last Friday. If anyone has another place to meet up in mind just post your location. As of right now take Blackbob to 128th head west to Blackfoot Dr. Once on Blackfoot drive keep going until you see, a bunch of Buells out front or 12821 or 12823, and your there. Peace out JJ | ||
