BadS1 Happy B-day dude! Was in the neighbor hood again for the weekend for the Crud run but stayed out too late Fri & Sat nite, plus my allergies were buggin me (spring time) only rode Sat but froze, so no Crud run, came home in afternoon. Next trip we ride no more friggin cold weather! | ||

Griz & I actually rode the General Store ride yesterday from Racine HD/Buell to La Grange to see how long it would take, check out the roads, etc...All in all, it looks to be a very nice ride..Let's just hope we get some warm weather soon. The tentative date for that ride is May 22...How many people think/would like to make that ride???? | ||

Great to hear, Mike!...Jason and I were saying that you, specifically, would enjoy this ride since there are quite a few twisties and hills, etc...Actually, I think you went with us last summer when the few of us did that East Troy/ Alpine Valley ride.....Big hills..Vroooooom! It has parts of that same ride and a bunch of new twisty roads with it...We have it all mapped out..distance, etc... | ||

Belle City has been selected to be the featured BRAG club for an upcoming issue of Fuell magazine so we're going to need a picture of the club. The picture is due before our next meeting, so we need to figure a chance for all of us to get over to the dealership for a group shot. And here's the perfect opportunity - as mentioned above, we are planning (actually the planning's pretty much done) a ride out to La Grange in the southern part of the Kettle Moraine for May 22. We drove (due to the weather nastiness mentioned above) the route yesterday and it looks to be a pretty good one. Nothing too crazy, but definately a cool route. We'll meet at Racine HD/Buell, snap a picture or four, and then head out. Hopefully everyone can make it! | ||

This is a ride that I think all can enjoy.Not to long or short. The General Store in La Grange serves great sandwiches and kinda a cool atmosphere. My thoughts would be to meet at the dealership before the ride to get the picture and then scoot out for the ride.So who's in??? | ||

I know Dana.... I'm just tryin to stir ya up LOL! I feel bad today, ridin Sat was COLD and I have the chills, cough and tight chest thing goin...dang allergies! Looks like I might only make Thurs of Homecoming as Ottawa is hosting the State HOG rally and since I pushed for it to be held here....I have been asked, no begged to help run it. Plus the bike club I belong to here is holding a hillclimb at the same time so lots goin on here same weekend. And it may never be held in Ottawa again. And I'll ride the Buell around the rally, its alot easier in town to handle. So a ride the 22nd sounds good. | ||

Anyone interested in riding to Kutter HD for the Buell Demo that Spidey will be at? I am thinking of leaving around 7:30 am and riding Highway 59 out there. I wish I could make this, but I thought I would let you all know. On May 7th at Mc Auliffes Pub there is a band playing called Oversoulss. Why should you care? Well the lead guitarist for the band (who lives in New Berlin) is probably one of the fastest and best rock guitarists in Wisconsin. He is also the current teacher for Mark Tremonti of Alter Bridge (formerly Creed). They are doing a few local shows before going on tour with Alter Bridge later this summer. This would be worth seeing. | ||
