I love my Buell XT but kinda miss my old FXRS-sp and have been looking for a good one to add to the fleet. Most are old and tired (like me) but I spotted a good deal on a low mile '01 Dyna Low Rider. It's no FXR, with low suspension and more chrome than a bike needs but its mostly stock, mint and has only 5K on it for $8,000. It has been in dry storage for almost two years with stabilizer in the tank and a battery tender hooked up. Prices for new and used Harleys are dropping lower than I ever imagined (gee, I wonder why!) maybe now is the time to buy.
With 10 years on them, I'd guess the tires should be replaced. Any issues that you know of with this model? I think it
s the third year of the TC88 so any problems with that should be sorted out by then. I haven't heard it running yet but will next Saturday.

I too had a FXRS-SP (1991). I had it for 10 years. I regret selling it.
I ride alone 99.9% of the time.
