Winner of the custom bike show at Sturgis this year is this stunning Krugger V-Rod based Veon with electronically controlled frame geometry that can convert from cruiser to cafe racer at the touch of a button : )

If I HAD to own V-Rod then this would be it : )

I like the V-Rod engine, but the Street Rod was the only factory bike that I would even consider, and I'd have to get a really good deal on it. That Veon is really sweet; I'd love to have that thing!

Holy f**k*ns**t...Krugger just made me woozy. IMO (cuz it's what I like) he has the most amazing bikes I've seen in a long while. Wow, while not everybodys style, he makes me wish I made more money like no other...

I like it, probably would not buy it, even if I could afford it, but I do like it.

take another look at that pic... it has two sets of pegs..

one set for cruising
one set for cafe.

I think the cruiser pegs would get ground off in the first turn but its still cool

What amazing technology . . .

: )

What . . . . dream with me here . . . the bike was able, via GPS . . . to "know" where it was and, in concert with data from the ECM about "how" it's was being ridden . . adjust it's frame geometry, bar and foot peg arrangement and seat location.

Them's some smart fellers ! . . . wonder where they got that idea??

: )

That's a *huge* motor when you see it like that...

Though I think that bike takes the essence of "A motor with two wheels to allow it to move" to the extreme. That's *hot* : )

"Sick"? Yes, and literally. Quite overweight and with a chassis that will twist itself into knots. They look kind of neat in their own naked 1950's technology chassis kind of way.

It's a lot less challenging to make a bike look cool if you don't have to put mirrors, turn signals, license plate, reflectors, chain/belt guards, or an EPA compliant muffler on it.

A 1996 Buell S1 Lightning so treated looks far more appealing to me and has the weight and handling to match.

I do agree with Matt though, better than a stock VRod.

You know, everybody talks about the size and weight of the V-rod motor but it probably scales the same (less radiator) as A Sportster and definitely shorter than a Sportster. I don't see why Harley-Davidson couldn't fit this into a new XLCR. I have a VRSCR and a FXRS and I enjoy both. I also enjoy my DRZ400 SM and my Hayabusa. That being said, the V-rod motor is not like an 1125 but a V-rod motor could still fit in a sportbike chassis and be a "roadster" bike.
