hi all i have a 97 s1 with 10 over pistons and a megs 2 into 1 exhaust i have a 44mm screaming eagle carb the bike runs great except at idle it pops out the exhaust could the jetting be wrong ?

First off, welcome.

Second, check and search the knowledge vault and Old School sections. There is tons of info there.

I would recommend a dyno tune. That is the only way to get 100% stoichiometric fuel mixture.

Popping out of the exhaust means you are running to rich. So your idle jet needs to be leaned out a bit...
