Author Message   Pammy Posted on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 - 02:55 pm:        Harley-Davidson is recalling about 1,759 units of its 2009 FLTRSE3 CVO Road Glide motorcycles equipped with Blade rear wheel accessory kits. The OEM says some wheels underwent a secondary heat treatment process which may have caused a crack in the wheel and result in wheel failure. Dealers are asked to remove the rear wheel and inspect the manufacturer's code. Wheels that underwent a secondary heat treatment process are to be replaced free of charge.   Blake Posted on Monday, August 03, 2009 - 05:49 pm:        Is wheel failure a bad thing?
