Maybe try a different pad other than the OEM.   Buells Rule! I just live with it.   Kowpow225 Posted on Sunday, February 20, 2005 - 03:37 pm:        Wow the front?! My back one squeaked like a rusty door hinge when the bike was still fairly new. I tried a spray called De-squeak from Auto Zone. It worked okay but I think the pads finally broke in before it stopped.
