for those of your running a d&D on your bikes what do you do with the front mounting bolt. The instructions don't mention it. I found a bolt with washers but no nut. My question is it suppossed to float around on that mount because of the insert in that hole? Or do i take that silly insert out, or do i get a bigger washer so everything bolts up tight??

Take the bracket off and put the bolt through that hole. I think you need to use washers on both side. I think you can also use the nut that was holding the bracket on there. You can probably use the existing bolt for that matter.
