I have all of the above. Just finished painting my bike, and I am now sanding and buffing everything. This weekend(IF THE FRIGGIN RAIN WOULD STOP!!), I'll be tweaking the tfi, and letting everyone know what happens. After that, if I have a couple hundred, I'm going to tune it on the Dyno to get it perfect! I've got the D&D, K&N, Open Airbox, Airbox Cover has two massive holes, tfi, and stock ecm. I cannot wait. I've been without it for what feels like forever.

I have an XB9 with the D&D and the TFI. I am having a little problem with too much gas and fouled spark plugs, check out my thread, I am trying to get some feed back on the problem. But, before the plugs were fouling the bike was running AWESOME!

Lazy has the stock ecm though. I have an '03 9S with K&N, 12 airbox, D&D, Race ECM, and TFI. Here is a pic of my settings after I got it dyno tuned. Went from 74 bhp to 79 bhp. The only issue I had was that the check engine light was coming on and returning error code 23, which has to do with the front injector. I put a post up about it and M1Combat said the last pot has to be set to 7 o'clock. Since I made that adjustment, everything has run perfectly.

That's the best picture I was able to take...the label reflects back into the camera. My current settings are 2:15, 4:30, 3:30, and 7:00(changed from the above image). If you have the same mods on you bike as me, it will probably run good with those settings.

My tfi is blue. Is the red one faster?

Dave,

Is your air box modified?

Especially with the Race ECM, when I'm tooling along with traffic in third at 3100 or so RPM, the bike runs pretty rough. One I get up around 3800 to 4000, it really smooths out.

I installed the stock ECM and it runs better in the 3100 RPM range, but the bike seems to be down a little on power.

Does your set up smooth things out a bit? Is the Techclusion worth the money?

Would you email your dyno charts to darkhorsemoto@earthlink.net?

Thanks,
Keith

Especially in the lower rpm regions my bike runs smoother. When the bike is up to operating temperature, it's much easier tooling along with traffic.

Vibrations in the lower rpms are still there but noticably less with the TFI.

No, just a stock 12 airbox

In my opinion, the TFI is definitely worth the money. My bike feels much smoother and more powerfull with it on and tuned correctly.

I'm still waiting for the shop to email them to me. Been waiting for over a week. I called and asked where they were on Friday. I'll call tomorrow. Once I get them, I'll definitely post them up.
