check out your local powder coater.it is really not as expensive as you would think.it cost me $240 to have both rims and all 4 heal guards done.that also included new bearings for both rims and all the hardware that buell says to replace with the rear pully,rotors,etc...  | ||

My local shop will powdercoat for $50 each. That's for non-metallic colors. |
