I am looking for tips on doing the '03 to '04-'05 belt change on my own. I have the manual. Have you done it yourself? Removing the front drive gear is my biggest question. I should be able to make the (for lack of the correct name) anti-rotation tool.

I did it about 6 weeks ago. Made the pulley lock tool out of a piece of 1/2 inch plate aluminun. Had to use a 1/2 inch air impact gun to break the lock nut off (it still took awhile). Everything else went smooth. Bought all the parts from Dave S.
