I just got a can of Rust-Oleum High Heat. I want to paint my D&D...it's starting to rust. The paint says it can handle up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Anyone tried this stuff before or recommend anything different?

I've heard high-heat BBQ grill paint works well on exhaust applications without peeling...is that what you purchased?

Should work fine. I had the 800 degree on the lower section of my X1 headers.

I use high heat paint on my headers. Looks great and does not discolor. It's real easy to fix if you scratch it .. unlike ceramic..

I need to d my XB next.
