Installs on a Pocket PC or Palm Pilot. With the Pocket PC you have to buy an adapter as well. I was able to use it once and now the dongle is broke. The service from technoresearch is good and I am getting a new one. Try setting the com port to a different no., or connect the cable to a different port.
