How does West Palm still have tube framed Buells? Didn't they just opened less than two years ago. Besides, even if that was true and they aren't a huge Buell dealership, I still get treated much better there then at Pompano. Two of my friends bought Buells at Pompano and they won't go there either. It doesn't really matter to me which dealer I go to anyway. I won't take my bike into the dealers to get serviced. I really only go when I need parts quickly.
The guys at Pompano don't know what they're doing. They can't even ride. They crashed my buddies XB9R into a wall when they were servicing it and then tried to lie about it and say they dropped it. They charged me $175 to balance my tires. I actually called Pompano two days about the license testing(for a friend of mine). I still haven't gotten a call back. I got my license there and went right in to buy a bike. They wouldn't budge from MSRP. So the XB9S that I wanted would have been over $10,000 out the door. Me and some friends were in there looking at bikes and when the salesman found out we weren't ready to purchase anything that day, he yelled at us and told us to get off the bikes. It's ridiculous how bad the customer service there is. That's why I refuse to go there.
The point was not to bash the dealer. The point was that I couldn't believe that Dave got beat by a dealer like that. We've all bought stuff from Dave and I'd rather deal with him and wait for parts in the mail then drive 5 miles down the road to Pompano. |

Daveinm, you're right, It's better to buy from
Dave and wait a couple days. then to go to a
bad dealer and wait a couple days.

Considering that in a place like Florida Dave could sell MILLIONS of Buells, I will just keep praying to myself that he remebers how good the hunting is up here in the north and doesn't move! |

Remember that movie with Michael Keaton, "Multiplicity" I think. Anyway, he kept cloning himself and the clones just kept getting dumber.... We DON'T need that, we already got dealers like that. |

Yeah Koz...I agree 100%! Nobody cares here. All they care about down here is moving bikes. They could care less if the customer is happy or not. Especially with the Buells. |
