And so the next round of madness begins... I just ordered everything I need/want for my S > R conversion. The only items I find questionable out of my entire list of parts are the side/rear view mirrors. Does anyone have any suggestions? I think the stock ones are....well...stock.  I already have the CRG Lane Splitters, but I don't think I want to use them for the R. | ||

PM me, Stealth. For that matter, if anyone is interested, I'll also be selling my CF rear fender, the Crossroads bars, Rizoma kit, and most everything else that's specific to the S model. | ||

Also sent you a PM. When you say you're selling your carbon rear fender, are you talking the small hugger over the wheel (attached to the swing arm) or an under tail piece on your S tail? If the small fender, I'd be interested. | ||

Keep your bar end mirrors. The stock R mirrors offer very poor rear view of anything but your shoulders. They also vibrate a lot. I swapped mine out for bar end mirrors. | ||

I used some stainless washers like this  and stainless button head socket cap screws. I felt like it looked pretty clean. | ||

I have the Napoleon mirrors on my bike. They work so well that the ugly look is growing on me.  | ||
