Somehow almost even more beautiful when they're stripped down.

So come on tell us what you have in store for it?
My guess is a colour change including the wheels.
Am I right?

Sardawg2dpd, I was wondering, I see you jacked the bike up without the cups to hold the muffler. Doing it the way you did won't hurt anything will it, so long as the bike is strapped down right?

I think we all own the same bike. I'm converting my blue xb9r over to black. Waiting on a few parts yet. Also polishing out a spare swing arm. It was the dark gunmetal color.xbunderconstruction

Glad everyone is throwing in their pics, thats what I was hoping for. I do have lots in store, some color, some polishing, and a few other mods that will be shown at a later time. Now I just hope I don't have any leftover parts when I put it back together.....hehehe

Cataract - It doesn't appear that there will be any problems without having the cups. I just had the wife steady the bike until I got it up to the desired level and then strapped her down. I re-enforced some I-bolts in my ceiling and will be hanging the bike from them shortly to do some work with the muffler, I'll let u know if I notice any problems when I do it.

I hope everyone is having as much fun with their winter projects as I am.

me too between rain drops. Bike is back from adding on the race pipe and new header. sounds great, but had to ride it home in wet weather so I could barely get on the thing.

Racertroy.
How much was the exhaust?
It looks good.
You'll need to post some pics once it's fitted.

Hey Brad- I see that part of your winter project is putting a full size shock on the rear. Are you also raising the front end? I was thinking of just raising the rear on my "low", but i'm concerned about skittish handling. Please tell me your plans.

Hey Cowboyup-

I want to raise the front as well. However, I don't have the front forks yet! Will consider a trade for my "Low" suspension?
