The pipe isn't hard to assemble once you get all the parts in the right order. It all fits together with springs so is dead easy to line up etc.

It will make a massive difference in performance and in my humble opinion is one of the very best pipes on offer at the moment. You will probably need a techlusion box in order to make it run 100% though as the stock (or race kit) ECM can't cope.

Are there any reliable dyno runs available of this pipe compared to a D&D or Drummer?

I put one on several months ago. Also did air box mods and techlusion. Very easy install. I left the belly fairing off the bike. I did find that the pipe caused the bike to vibrate at several rpm ranges and I changed the mounts. I was able to reduce the vibration to the stock race kit level.

Stef's (Forcbuell) bike went from a starting point of around 74bhp to 84bhp just with the Ti-Force pipe. The addition of the air filter and Techlusion has brought it up to the 89bhp mark. Other than that the bike is a stock XB9S.

Ti-Force now only list the XB12 fitment, although the pipes were the same anyway.

Greetings,

Does the belly pan fit back on with the Ti Force pipe?. It appears that every picture of the pipe I have seen does not show the belly pan in place.

Yeah, I said the same thing to myself as I wrote the last post but I still wonder if the pan fits with the pipe. I will be purchasing an XB9SX real soon and I would love to put the Ti Force pipe on it. I don't mind spending the money.

I've only heard one TiForce.
It was on a Formula USA race Buell.
I helped/watched the owner do some dyno runs at Hoban's.
The pipe looks cool but is pretty quiet to me.
Not as loud as a D+D or Force. More like a race can for sound level.
He is now running a Becin race pipe.

Where do you suppose the lions share of the gains come from with the Ti-Force? The header or the muffler? If the gains are in the header, you could fabricate a muffler that would be louder w/o loosing too much. You might even be able to gain more...

I kind of figure that form should follow function though, but that's just me.

I figure the Ti Force guys spent some time on the design so the sound is the sound. The thing just looks so sexy. At one time I didn't know it existed, now I NEED one!

The Ti force has no chin spoiler mountings so you have to show it off!

The Ti force has no chin spoiler mountings so you have to show it off!

That may be true (about the mounting points) but JP (see post above) managed to mount his chin spoiler!

This is the only thing keeping me from buying the TiForce.

Ante up, JP. How'd ya do it!?

I bought ( with my Tiforce ) 2 mount brackets.
The right one is fastened on the idler puley nuts
The left one on the sidestand nuts
and the chin fairing is fastened on the brackets with original holes.
I'll try to put some pics as soon as p.

I am very happy with the Tiforce noise, torque .. all the best

Sounds as if the ti force fairing brackets are the same sort that the Jardine uses.

I told you guys that these pipes were the real deal way back when....

When I first showed them to you guys I got nothing but grief from a few select members, I'm glad those that have them can now verify that they are one of if not the best pipes for xb's in term of quality and performance. You guys made the right choice.

Seems like the Euro's have more of an "open mind" when it comes to exhaust "systems"..lol

Give it time, now that I posted on this thread all of the "haters" "doubters" and "backyard tinkerers" will chime in any second...lol

Careful or you'll get a Provost style smack-down... We like tech here.

I have yet to see a SINGLE dyno sheet of a Ti-Force pipe for a Buell. XB9 or XB12. Do YOU have one yet?

Call us worried old biddies, but if you have been around still then you have already seen how someone came forth and tried desperately to fleece members here and he used your name at the same time. Kinda made us a bit gunshy. I personally really wished you had been able to toss us some dyno sheets to look at. Glad you stuck around though. : )
