I use my XB9S everyday unless its icy and I wash it of with water every evening. My garage is damp and I am concerned with the amount of corrosion on the wheels and engine cases. Is anyone aware of a product which would save my aluminum as I cant spend every evening polishing. I am considering having the wheels plastic coated but what do I do with the front cylinder rocker cover? Many thanks | ||

I think if it were me, I would wash it in the morning so it would air/heat dry while using it instead of having put it away overnight in damp conditions after washing.  | ||

David, S100 makes a spray on corrosion inhibitor for aluminum. You might give that a try. Keith | ||

Hi Wells. Sounds like Scottoiler FS365 spray is what you're looking for. I don't spray it on the wheels for obvious reasons, I wipe it on carefully with a cloth.. powder-coating is probably best. Check out their site.. http://www.scottoiler.com/fs365.htm | ||
