Had to loosen the clamp up in order to adjust front preload - can anyone post the correct torque values for the four screws on the clamp?

manual says use red loctite 272. I'd use blue. Tighten both front screws 10-12 ft-lbs,THEN rear screws 10-12 ft-lbs.
